Papillon - Liverpool - Photo album

On a rainy Sunday afternoon we were tempted into Papillon for lunch by the amount of customers already dining. We had Roast Beef, Roast Chicken with a bottle of Shiraz followed by a Chocolate Espresso Brownie and Vanilla Lemon Posset. We were not disappointed with the food or with the overall expe
Really warm welcme. Great spot for a coffee, drink or lunch. Breakdast served until 11am. Friendliest staff around. And dog-friendliest, too! Water bowl offered for our dog. Vast seating, including cosy booths, complete with socket and USB charge port.
Very Friendly staff. Delicious drinks. And the roast had perfect amount of gravy. Not swimming and not begging for more! My only complaint would be the yorkshire pudding was a bit dry and flaky.
A great relaxed environment with lovely staff, a gorgeous interior and delicious food. I’ve been for evening meals (the fish and chips is great, as are the side plates) and a Sunday roast which was incredible.
Nice location for beers or food or both. I tried one of the best fish and chips of my life. Personnel was nice and helpful.
Food:3/5 Soup of the day, blend and watery. Cheesecake base tastes like flour. Steak pie is decent. Coffee: 5/5 Service: 5/5
Setting is very relaxed. Food was absolutely gorgeous- sea bass was delicious as was the white chocolate crème brûlée! Service a little slow even though it was quiet but staff were friendly. Will definitely be going again 😊
The restaurant, the vibes and the staff are all very nice, and the menu offers quite a few options to choose from. Tried the chicken as starters, together with the cauliflower and they were really nice and tasty, I tried also the steak which was very juicy and well cooked. However the burger was rea
Visited on Sunday for a roast dinner with friends. Overall we enjoyed the food, the veg was a bit hard, and it could have been cooked for slightly longer. Service was a bit slow, had to chase the waiter up for the dessert menu after we had requested. Lovely restaurant and perfect location
I visited Papillon yesterday for a Sunday lunch and I was definitely not disappointed! The portion was huge and it was absolutely delicious. The whole atmosphere in Papillon is amazing and I loved the live music. I will most definitely be back!
Came for brunch early, place was quiet. It's got nice decor, some staff are quite friendly. Ordered Eggs Royal and bagels with cream and nuts. Eggs were great, properly poached, hollandaise slightly thick but overall very satisfied with the dish. The bagel was decent, nothing to write home about, at
Looking a nice place to haveba G&T we found this Bar - now a Bar that is playing Springsteen when I walk in, has won me over straight away. Enjoyed the G&Ts and two more drinks. Great service. We decided to come back today for a late Breakfast. This was perfect - we had the full English and the Eggs
A nice place for a Sunday Roast, but the dessert was dissapointing ; Indeed, it didn't correspond to the menu and when the waitress was asked about it she deceived me ... Pretending the strawberries were mixed in the white chocolate mousse which was...all white and didn't taste like strawberries at
Had a lovely roast dinner today - generous helping of Beef which was very tender and served pink as it should be. Slight problem with the temperature although this could be down to the air vent situated directly above the table? The food was tepid which was a shame. Service was a little slow but eve
Family recommended we try this place; they had enjoyed a meal here! A hot sunny day so we sat outside for lunch watching the world go by. We had sandwiches and side dishes. Mocktails were very good. Service was great; food and drinks came quickly.
