We were very lucky to find this place with my partner, Vault has opened recently and is still an hidden gem (unfortunately because of Covid... or fortunately for us...). When we visited Liverpool, there was no afternoon tea available and the few that were open were fully booked. Visiting Baltic triangle surroundings, we bumped into this place by chance. It was open and we realise we were the only customers during our service. But they could make us an improvised afternoon tea, it was really good, they later even baked some scones to go with it as it was not ready when we arrive. The price is amazing, wanted to give a tip but they did not propose it on the card reader... Well, more than happy to take some time and leave this review. The fact it is a family business is a plus, friendly & cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Liverpool!
AMAZING
Absolutely loved our afternoon tea at Vault. The cafe bar is beautifully decorated and a lovely ambience. The staff are wonderful, extremely attentive and friendly. Afternoon tea was presented beautifully with a gorgeous selection of sandwiches, light fluffy scones with jam and cream and an abundance of cakes and sweet treats. A very generous afternoon tea which is excellent value.
I would definitely return time after time and thoroughly recommend it.
An extra special thanks to Mike for taking us to our hotel to collect our luggage and the to Lime Street for our train when the taxi company let us down. So very very kind, a life saver and well above and beyond the level of service you would expect.
Just AMAZING
Lovely food, great coffee and lovely people running it. They run special events of a weekend of live music. Great atmosphere and very reasonably priced.
I stopped off at the Vault underneath the Wedding House for a light lunch yesterday. Such a hidden Liverpool gem. Not only was the food delicious and service friendly but the place is ultra cosy. You can even buy gifts from local sellers there. Brilliant experience 👏
Such a beautiful hidden gem in the Baltic! I chose the pancakes with berries and yoghurt which was absolutely gorgeous, if I wasn’t so stuffed I would’ve ordered another as it was so delicious! Paired with an oat milk latte was the icing on the cake (or the pancakes) thanks Karen and Alex for a lovely visit!
Went on Saturday for something to eat and a drink when coming back from some shopping in town, what i found was an absolute charming café, the courtyard was fantastic and had some amazing live music! The staff were fantastic and the food was even better! I normally don't write reviews but felt like i needed to after experiencing what is without a doubt now my new favourite place to have lunch in all of Liverpool!
Great place to spend some time... with excellent food and coffee, or something a little stronger.....
I paid a visit to Vault on its opening day on the Friday and have to say what a beautiful cafe bar it is! Such a great setting in the basement of the Wedding house Liverpool, right in the heart of the Baltic Triangle. The food and decor is just fantastic and I’ll back and forth for sure!
This little Gem is amazing
A MUST for all.
The food is delicious, my favourite being scrambled egg and bacon with chunky brown toast 😋
Staff are wecolming and friendly
