Called in for a cup of tea and a snack on our cultural visit of both cathedrals. Staff were brilliant. Tea was beautifully served and I ordered a brownie . Very nice toilets too. Didn't order anything else but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.
(written when this was Silk Road) Popped in this afternoon for a light early dinner and very glad we did. Lovely welcome from friendly happy staff, nice decor, clean and comfortable. We got 3 dishes each from the 3 for £12 each menu and each one was delicious, we chose an eclectic mix but they all went really well together. Nice to be able to have dishes from different cuisines all together :) Everything was delicately flavoured and tasty, and as always with tapas you think you haven't ordered enough but you're soon stuffed! Would love to have had one of the delicious looking desserts but couldn't fit one in. Next time!
Massaman curry was nice, good portion size. Seabass was very good. Service attentive and friendly. I was slightly disappointed with the pad thai as it had a sharpness to it that I was not expecting, however the staff were very understanding and knocked this off the bill. Location great and decor fab.

Went here for lunch today with one of my best friends. We looked at a few places on the way (always looking for a new place to try in Liverpool) but decided on this one and were very happy we did!
We both got the deal '3 plates for £12' which was a very reasonable deal!
We shared starters of vegetable spring onions and chicken satay which were a great size for sharing and very tasty.
We both got the goats cheese and caramelised onion pizette, in addition to a sweet and sour chicken and a beef dish for our main dishes.
It was all very good and in reasonably sized dishes for the price - my prime worry when ordering tapas! The service was impeccable and I would very happily go again!

We stopped here after my daughter’s graduation 👩🎓 on Friday 29th April 2022. We didn’t have a booking but were so delighted to find it as it completed our day in the best way ever. The staff made sure everyone’s table was just right for them, moving ours to a lovely sunny spot and making us welcome from the start. Lovely location and buzzing vibe. The food was absolutely lovely (we all chose from the daytime £10 tapas deal - every dish was delicious and it was so reasonably priced!). Would like to thank them for making our day! Will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone.

Very good food, wine, nice outdoor area. Lovly staff, great place to meet with friends,, well recommended open terrace with heaters. Now open.. Hope st hotel. Is, across the road.
We held our daughter's christening reception here outside on the terrace. Everything was excellent and the food was perfect. All of our guests are still talking about what a fantastic time they had. James and the team were professional, accommodating and friendly from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A perfect day, thank you!
Really lovely food and a nice choice of cocktails. Reasonably priced too. The staff were lovely which really makes a difference. The ambiance is nice, and you're able to talk to the other people at the table without shouting. Will definitely visit again!
The food here was delicious! Staff were very friendly and overall, just a great vibe.
An ideal place to eat before going to a concert at the Philharmonic. A good range of tapas meals. Excellent decor. Plenty of customers, which is always a good sign.
A special mention for our waitress, Monica, who was both efficient with excellent customer rapport and a good sense of humour.

Rayner was the best waitress with a smiley, friendly disposition. The food was outstanding- I especially liked the cauliflower steak- who knew cauliflower could taste so good?

The full veggie breakfast was scrumptious!!! And an extra 1.5 to make it a large, how could I resist!!! I would also highly recommend the smoothies as despite being a tad expensive at 6 pounds, they are more than worth it! Would recommend this cute aesthetic cafe to anyone :))
The food was lovely, lots of choice & reasonably priced. Service was also very good, staff were friendly and attentive, and the food didn't take long to arrive after we ordered. I 100% reccomend this place & will be returning!
I'd had this point been here twice and it was two different experiences. Some staff I recognised but I wasn't served (hate that word) attended to by the same staff. The first time we got all the tapas we could both my cousin and I had made sure we tried all we could I have to say the popcorn chicken (now off the menu was my favourite) closely followed by the ribs. I am known as a pest for questions as fomo is a real thing to me and the staff answered the questions well. I on my 2nd visit had breakfast. The breakfast was lovely a little cold so when I spoke to who I thought was the manager he took my constructive feedback kindly and we had a nice chat. I was gutted when I had to leave as I found it peaceful sitting in my tub chair, watching the world go by with my almond milk latte

Whenever we come to Liverpool it is the first and last place we visit ..the highlight of our stay. Maybe now will be the reason for our visit.
The food, the atmosphere the staff are amazing. How we wish you would open in York too.
