The center piece of Rudy’s pizza is undoubtedly their pizza - an absolute masterpiece that boasts flavours and a crust that are nothing short of perfection. Having visited this pizzeria a few times now, I can confidently say that consistency is their forte. With every visit, the experience has remained unwaveringly delightful, a fact that speaks volumes about the dedication to quality and excellence. A standout addition to their menu is the chili honey dip, a revelation that adds an extra layer of excitement to the dining experience. The marriage of spicy and sweet is a match made in culinary heaven, and when drizzled over their already fantastic pizza, it creates a symphony of flavors that tantalize the taste buds. But the surprises don't end there. The cocktail selection is equally captivating. From classic concoctions to innovative creations, each sip is a journey of flavors that complements the culinary offerings perfectly. The attention to detail and the artistry behind these cocktails are truly commendable. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting, exuding a cozy charm that is perfect for both intimate dinners and lively gatherings. The staff's attentive and friendly service further enhances the overall experience, making you feel like a welcomed guest in their culinary haven. It is a true gem for those seeking an exceptional dining experience.

I love the pizza here, it truly is the Neapolitan style one. And what I like the most is that the menu is not overly complicated, it offers the mean pizza types, some others with different ingredients and then they have just other two / three on the specials board. The night we were in there was a lot of steam accumulated in the restaurant, to the point that all the windows were looking wet from the inside - something to do with the heat of the wood oven, and being very cold outside, but it felt a bit overwhelming.

The best pizza I’ve ever had. Excellent value for money and portion sizes are more than enough. Highly recommend!

After a couple of hours walking around Liverpool looking at some of the fabulous buildings we have here, we popped into Rudy's, just as it started to rain. We sat on a table by the window, ...excellent for people watching!...and had a couple of beers, and shared a couple of plates. The campana plate for 2 people had a variety of cold meats, bread, salad and cheese , and was really delicious. We had ordered an El Supremo pizza, which did not appear, until our attentive server Craig apologised and went off to sort out the delay. (We are very appreciative Craig!!) The chilli oil on the table was so tasty! Definitely a restaurant to return to!

Very nice vibes especially the outdoors seating. It's slightly expensive but a good time overall. One potential issue is the absence of beef or chicken options, only pork or vegetarian.

I think I am the biggest fan of Rudy’s and my review here might be biased 😂 that is how much I like them. This is the third Rudy’s branch I try and the quality is just the same in all of them. *Note for Rudy’s: “please bring back the chocolate and almond cake you used to serve”. Food: I don’t think I have ever had a pizza as fresh, tasty, special, and authentic as theirs. I always eat pizza wherever I travel, and never had any like Rudy’s. The dough is thin and light yet full of flavour. The perfect freshness that comes from the toppings compliments the pizza base. You see the chefs make the pizza in front of you. The only think that broke my heart today was that they stopped making that delicious chocolate and almond cake they used to serve long time ago. They now however serve a heavenly Tiramisu. I am not going to recommend a dish because all of them are equally tasty. But I always choose the Margarita and add roasted peppers and olives. 😁 Staff: I could tell that the management of Rudy’s are nice to their staff because the staff are always happy and friendly. Location: Right in the city centre with a nice view of St. Luke’s Bombed Out Church, a beautiful old church. Enjoy the pictures ! *Note for Rudy’s: “please bring back the chocolate and almond cake you used to serve”.

Awesome Napoletana style pizza. This is the real deal and now my goto for pizza in town. Fast service and generously sized. Tasted amazing and fairly priced.

Pretty good Neapolitan pizza, at least by UK standards. Affordable too. Staff were really great! It says their kitchen closes at 9pm during the week but when we walked in at 8:30pm they wouldn’t seat us so I recommend going early!

Had a fantastic time here with my parents. The pizza was absolutely delicious, proper soft base Neo pizza, and the service is outstanding. We were served by a lovely waitress called Millie and she made us feel very welcome. She recommended a great wine to go with our pizza and was very patient with us while we were wondering what to get. Gave us some great tourist tips and had a nice chat with us. Was a really special evening - thanks guys.

Fantastic Pizza! I have known about Rudy’s Pizza for a while but I have have never managed to try the branch on Castle Street so I’m pleased the guys at Rudy’s have managed to expand and create another branch on Bold Street! Rudy’s is at the top of Bold Street, around 10-15 minutes walk from Lime Street Station. There is plenty of seating available inside the restaurant and there are also table benches outside. The waiter that served me and my friends was very friendly, I didn’t manage to get a name but he sounded like a scouser. Top man, made my table very comfortable and he knew the menu very well, so well that he didn’t need to note down our big order and remembered them by ear. I ordered the pizza of the day (Sunday) which is 14” and costed £9.50, I don’t recall there being a name for the pizza but the ingredients were written on a chalkboard. My pizza was fantastic, the crust reminds me of pizza I have tried in Italy and the flavours of the ingredients blended in beautifully to create a lovely tasting pizza. Overall, service was great and the pizza was fantastic. I’ll definitely come back for more! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I had the Capricciosa, Calabrese and Hazelnut Tartufo. All were really good and very filling. Down side is that the tartufo was a bit frozen tasted more of ice. Other than that the staff were really pleasant and joyful.

Had a fab time at Rudy’s. Service was super attentive and friendly, food was delicious and there was a nice vibe about the place. I had the anchovy and olive pizza and it was yummy. We did a preorder as we were a part of a larger group. Would recommend.

Visited for our 5 yr old's birthday. The food was excellent. Great ambience and the staff were universally charming and made her day very special. They patiently showed her how the pizza were made and even brought her an ice cream with a candle. Its very unusual to find such a great team. Thank you very much for a wonderful evening'

Food was great and our server Maddie was phenomenal. The only complaint is that the toast-to-burrata ratio was upsettingly low. We were shocked that we only got two pieces of bread, but Maddie, being the amazing Las Vegas lass that she is saved the show and quickly had the kitchen prep us a few more pieces of olive oil-drizzled sourdough before we could finish the lonely two original slices. I don’t know how the night would have ended without her. But hey, that’s show biz. We liked the pizza.
