Greek food is our absolute fave, so we were super happy to see this food truck parked up when walking down towards the Royal Albert Dock!
We had 2 x Chicken gyros and 2 x Mythos, and it came to just under £25, which is pretty reasonable! The food was prepared in a quick time, and the portions were HUGE! Really tasty, fresh and full of flavour - couldn’t have asked for more!
Only thing we noted was the chicken did taste more like chicken tikka than something you’d find in an authentic Greek gyros, but it was still really lovely and we’d have it again.
I was taking a walk around the Albert Dock area and I took an interest in one of the many food places to eat. It was a Greek food stop called “So Greek Full”
Having never tried this venue before and with its delicious aromas catching my attention, I thought I’d give it a try.
I was not disappointed. I went for the aptly titled “Greek Scouse”. It was a very chilly day anyway and I really needed some hearty food to warm my insides.
It came piping hot in a carry out container and with seating nearby, I soon got stuck into it. With this meal, you could opt for either with rice or chips. In my head I wanted chips but I chose the healthier rice option.
It was slow cooked lamb and vegetables. I’m not usually a big fan of lamb but being slow cooked it just melted in your mouth. Flavours were spot on with a little bit of spice to it.
When I asked what the spices were, I was told it was a “family secret” 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😂
Highly recommended and I’ll definitely visit again.
We used So Greek Full for our event at home - they were outstanding! Professional, excellent communication, and the food was fantastic. They did everything they said they would, and really helped to make our night a huge success. Their pricing was super clear, they arrived on time and served everyone efficiently. So many compliments on the food, which was delicious (brilliant snacks too!). They stepped in for us with just a few weeks notice, we would definitely use them again, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
Amazing little find on the Albert Dock. Perfect if you are wandering around the city and looking for a tasty bite to eat. For a takeaway van they have a great little menu and the food is unreal. We had the mixed box on our first visit but had a flying visit for some chips and baklava for our train journey home ❤️ This is a must visit if you are in the city!
Amazing lunch option. The food is packed full of flavour and the ingredients are all freshly prepared. Generous portion sizes that two people could easily share. We tried the souvlaki and the feta salad both were delicious and would recommend
Amazing food, absolutely delicious and like the name extremely filling, even though it may not look it. Defiantly worth a visit and will be coming back here again.
Bumped into So greek full by coincidence while walking around albert dock. Tried the Kufta box and fell in love the the food. This is me coming back the next day to try the Halloumi box! And it's taste Amazing. I'm definitely coming back whenever I visit Liverpool.
Their Souvlaki is absolutely gorgeous! The lamb one is nice and juicy and the pitta bread is filled to the brim! Their baklava also super tasty, homemade and generous portion! The owners very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend! Especially lovely to sit on the nearby benches by the dock!
We ordered the Souvlaki which came with lamb kofta, pitta, salad & chips. It was lovely but it would have been even better had there not been so much sauce on there. I am not sure what the yellow one was but it tasted like a very sweet mustard
First time visiting here. Excellent food. Cooked fresh. Great meat, lovely flavours. Prefect sized portions, you'll be full. Friendly staff. A lovely experience. We'll be back.

Delicious chicken souvlaki with chips. Plentiful for lunch.
If you love Greek food then you have to give this place a try. Operating from a food van in the Albert Dock (just opposite the Maritime Museum), they create the most delicious street food including Souvlaki and Gyros. I had the chicken souvlaki pitta and he had the lamb. At £6.90 it is worth every penny and is rammed full of meat. Scrumptious and filling, we can't wait to go back!!

We stumbled across the So Greek Full truck at Royal Albert Dock (next to the Merseyside Maritime Museum) yesterday and decided to try their vegetarian options. We each ordered the souvlaki with vegan steak and I have to say it was some of the best food we've had - either take out or dine in - for a very long time. Especially as vegetarians. The team who run the truck are really welcoming, friendly and engaging; they took real care over our food, making it fresh to order, even taking the time to season the pitta before grilling it which was a nice touch. They offered the choice of vegetarian or vegan sauces, a really good range of toppings, really flavourful food, and the portions are massive. Even the fries were amazing! Nice open-air seating area, cutlery and extra napkins, food brought to the table, friendly chat, reasonable prices. Couldn't have been happier with the experience from start to finish we'll be back soon to try more of the menu! 😁👍
The portions were tasty, generous, and served with grace. The appetizers were so delicious that we barely had room for the main course.
This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend who is a regular. I found that its way more authentic than another Greek restaurants in the area that claims to be "real". Cosy place, good price, friendly and helpful staff, and its filling.
