Have been coming here since i was an undergrad 100+ years ago, the staff in here are fantastic and i still prefer this store every day, thanks to Joanne, Lisa, Rachel and Maisie for making every day amazing, even when im feeling done for ❤️

Came in here early one morning recently , there had been a problem with our purchase from another Greggs, the lovely blonde lady who served us apologised, sorted the problem quickly without any hassle and we left happy.
Great customer service . That member of staff is a real asset to the company.
I love Greggs but they’re constantly closed, lost a star for that. Greggs get your leaks sorted
I have to say the greggs in Catherine Street is by far the friendliest shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to most ... I’m always greeted with a lovely smile ... nothing is too much for Ann Sara and Steve they’ve created a family atmosphere there .. it’s sometimes the highlight of my day when I call in ... even in these uncertain times they always put a smile on my face .. it’s a great way to start my day ... greggs should be very proud of themselves ...
Good staff, consistent product, excellent.
Opening times could be improved though, sometimes opens 10-15mins late.
Staff always make you feel welcome.good range of food.sayers need to look at what greggs are doing right almost every greggs I go in staff are always pleasant.
