A great place for a pre match pint. Friendly, cheap and safe. 50p entry for non-members but you save more than that on your first drink.
I found that the Taxi Club was a good place to hold a Funeral wake, enough room for for all.

I have been here a few times but sadly it was for a wake after a funeral. Nice bar and staff, clean and tidy place. One day I would like to try the club itself.
