This was my first time to this particular Gaucho, and it won't be my last. From the moment I arrived I was looked after. The waitress Kim was just amazing and incredibly attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The food (steak) was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was electric with a real party vibe with lots of live music and performers.
Great food and service. The drinks are also lovely. I recommend having a drink in the bar before or after your meal as the bar team are so knowledgeable and great at making cocktails!
The bar area is amazing and the staff are even better! Definitely recommend coming Friday or Saturday evening for food or drinks as they have a DJ that is perfect for the weekend vibe xx
The food here was amazing! My steak was perfect and I had it with the mash which was so light and creamy! We were served by Nicola who was really welcoming and chatty and gave us a great service. I thought the music was a little loud when I was walking but it turned out fine - would be great for a few drinks after.
Held our wedding rehearsal dinner in the private dining room followed by our reception. Isabelle and Katie were fantastic, so accommodating and made the wedding kick off spectacular! Thank you.
Wow!Wow!Wow! From the moment we walked in until we walked out ,the service was fantastic. I can't recommend this place highly enough!!!! The knowledge of the staff when my wife asked for a certain wine . His recommendation was excellent (so my wife says I don't drink wine). And the dancing was awesome
Gaucho was really good. The first course was amazing and the steak was one of the best I have had in a long time, loved it.
The dessert wasn’t my favourite, but it was good! The atmosphere is just perfect, the ambiance makes the experience better for sure! Customer service is lovely and super helpful. ☺️
What a lovely experience. The restaurant is gorgeous, couldn't ask for a more upscale and relaxing environment. Fantastic food and drinks, tons of options. Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, my new favourite in Liverpool.

We came for our 2 year anniversary and Ben (think that was his name!) made our evening so special, his service was amazing - friendly and genuine and never too much. He went above and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t wait to come back!
Visited Gaucho Liverpool today after hearing about it from good friends of ours, what a stunning venue it is! From the moment we walked in the staff were incredible, they couldn't do enough for us. We opted for the set lunch menu which for the price was incredible value, the marinated rump steak was the best I've ever had. After lunch we sat in the bar and had some incredible cocktails, the bar team were wonderful, making friendly chat and seeming genuinely interested in a conversation which is a rarity nowadays. Hats off to you guys!
Lovely location and ambiance but I feel that that's what we mainly paid for.
Food was ok, but for the price, I wasn't blown away.
The starter was lovely, I had the empanadas. I was a bit annoyed at the fact that you had to order a minimum of 2, as they're quite big. I think this promotes over eating and waste.
The steak was cooked right, but my husband had to spit half of it back on his plate as it was too chewy.
Happy they had a decent dairy free dessert ( brownie), but the ice cream didn't taste of anything.
The dulce de leche cheesecake was very disappointing, mainly because I think whoever plated it forgot to add the sauce. I had seen a photo of it on Instagram and it looked nothing like my sad plate - I am a big dessert eater so you can understand my disappointment.
Overall we had a nice evening but I don't think we'll be going back.
First time here. Staff are so friendly and really attentive to dietary needs. Great atmosphere and the food was perfectly cooked. Booked again immediately to take our daughter as Christmas celebration
Really beautiful inside, such a lovely building. Staff are great, very efficient and helpful. The drinks prices however, are eye watering. Way more expensive than they need to be. Just under £15 for a glass of wine.
The food was amazing especially their steak. All members of staff were very friendly, made us feel welcomed. Definitely coming back again
My son proposed to his partner last night in Guacho Liverpool. It was all organised behind the scenes by Isabelle Denison the Business Development Manager, she was so attentive in the lead up to the night and nothing was too much trouble. The night was perfect - the team were outstanding - Harry was so nervous - the table was beautiful, the food delicious but above everything else was the amazing service and attention to detail from each and every member of the team. Memories were made to last forever and this is down to team Gaucho.. we cannot thank you all enough x
I was disappointed with the burger I ordered but the friendliness of the staff made up for it.
