It's absolutely brilliant. Arranged to meet a friend who lived locally. So, I am only able to have one pint. But it was first class, and I felt like a kid in a sweet shop and no pennies. It's a pub you can easily miss, if u don't live local, but we'll be worth a visit. The lady behind the bar was also very helpful..

Question: how do we open the freaking doors to the beer garden with two drinks or more with out waste or the destruction of carpets? Seriously!

What a fabulous pub/restaurant!
We live in Wilmslow and often go out for food and drink in Hazel Grove where we are never disappointed.
On Saturday we had the pleasure of visiting The Rising Sun and listening to Lauren Lovelle who sang from 9.00pm.
The pub was really inviting and warm and everyone we came across were really friendly! There was a great selection of beers, wines, and spirits as well and all bar staff were helpful and friendly!
We will definately be returning soon!

The last time I booked a table at this place with my daughters we got there to find it closed they didn't notify us it was just total darkness so we went to the pack horse and enjoyed the meal we had there!
