Could sing the praises of this specific frankie and bennys all day, best service (especially from Monica) always remembers exactly what we order and let’s us blether the ears off her every visit. The kind of service I like is friendly and willingness to chat and gets the orders right every time :) t
I really enjoyed my meal here. The menu was more than enough for a lovely night. The staff were extremely helpful. Let us take a doggy bag home because of too much on plate at starters

We dined at Frankie and Benny’s near the McArthur Glen shopping outlet Livingston. First, I have to mention the lady who served our table - although I don’t know her name - as she has perfected customer service. A lot better than I remembered. Last few times it was terrible so hadn't been for about a year but really enjoyed my starter and meal and so did my daughter. They definitely have upped their game. Will be back.

Paid a visit to this establishment on Thursday night for a little get together with friends. The food was top notch and the service was excellent, especially the brown haired woman (Stacey, I think?)

It's comparatively cheap to most cafes. it offers considerably more space and comfort. The food is fast and of good quality. And as always, the staff are friendly
