10/10 would recommend We celebrated my mums 70th birthday at the Satire livingston last night. Service was impeccable. Everything ran so smoothly. We did the private dining experience and it was amazing. Danielle and the team went above and beyond to help us set up and create a beautiful relaxed environment. A class. Could do enough for us.
In the evening Shannon, Barrie and the kitchen team were the same. Could not be more helpful. Would highly recommend for all things food, drinks, atmosphere and function related. Didn't even get photos of the food it was polished that quick. We all had the best time. Service was impeccable and timing and food quality was top notch. 10/10 would saltire again. Thank you everyone for helping us create a fabulous night for my mums birthday. One to be remembered. We will be back.

Went with a friend for her birthday. Steak was really good. Friendly and helpful staff. Only thing was we sat for half an hour before we realised we had to order at the bar, nobody said. Couldn't fault it in any way otherwise. Cocktails a bit pricey, but enjoyed it just the same. Going back for a Sunday Roast. Would highly recommend.

Food is amazing but could be like a tad cheaper.

Food was lovely, great value for money, service was good. The restaurant was very busy due to one of their many deals that they offer but this did not impact on our experience at all. Very hard working staff.

First time in the pub and I can say that it will not be the last. Not from the area but happened to be passing and thought we would pop in for a nice cold refreshment and WOW glad we did. 3 huge area indoors. 2 outdoor areas. Loads of TVs for sports. We then had a look at the menu and were spoilt for choice. We decided to get the flame grill burgers which were amazing. The staff were so friendly and well mannered. The manager was very helpful and helped us find a good seat and talked us through the menu. The place looked spotless. Seemed like it can just get busy in the matter of minutes and the staff could handle it. I would highly recommend going here. They even do functions and close off some of the restaurant which is then completely separate from everywhere else.

Saltire is a great place to grab food and drinks. Danielle is a great barmaid. Pub part has a great atmosphere. Busy restaurant so can wait a little for food especially if in a big group but itâs worth it

Staff were really friendly, food was lovely. There had been an issue in the kitchen so before ordering were warned of a delay, we chose to stay regardless and it was worth the wait. Great service, nice atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble x

Friday night is busy, so one has wait their turn at the bar.
Clean and fresh-smelling female bathroom stalls too!

Had a good experience at the Saltire for Fatherâs Day. Food was great, cocktails were good and the waitress bless her was rushed off her feet all night but still managed to tend to everyoneâs needs at top speed. Would recommend.

1st time ive been here and was very pleasantly surprised on just how nice the Saltire was inside, the staff were very polite, they also do beautiful meals which are at a reasonable price. Will definitely be back here very soon.

Regularly eat here and im working my way through all the steaks on the menu, i have enjoyed each one, with a good pint, great staff and enjoyable atmosphere.
Oh And the hunter topped chips are so good.
