Food was lovely. The pancakes were fluffy, the portion was generous. Lovely cappuccino. Service was pretty speedy and friendly. The atmosphere was decent but a bit cold inside the building. Having come in from the cold outside, I expected it to be warm enough to take my jacket off but I sat in my jacket for a while and had to spend time warming up.

First impressions, spacious, and trendy. You wait to be seated, which is something I do like. My husband and I were escorted to a well situated area of the restaurant where we sat with all-around views of the restaurant. The tables have paper menus already placed o. The tables with condiments. I chose the All American stack, and my husband chose the Doner Kebab Stack. You can choose from 1 to 3 pancakes for your stack. We were left for 5 mins to look at the menu, then a lovely friendly smile from the server asked for our drinks order, followed by the food order. He whole demeanour was friendly and patient. Made you feel relaxed and not rushed. Not even 1 minute went by, and our drinks were served. 2 minutes later, our food was served. This service is way faster than any fast food joint 😆. Modern pop music in the background, so it didn't intrude on conversation. They have a sweet menu and sell pancake mixes, topping sauces and gift cards. I, for one, highly recommend this place for families young and old.

My partner and I popped in for an early lunch, and, not having visited before, listened as we were introduced to the menu by a friendly and enthusiastic waiter. I ordered the peri peri chicken stack, and my partner ordered the Chipotle pulled pork stack. Unfortunately, they brought us both the pulled pork but as we had a bus to catch we didn't make a huge deal of it and I just ate what was sent out. It was very filling, the portion sizes are very generous, but I think I'd have been happier with the peri peri chicken. The slaw was lost under a mountain of sauce and it was all very rich with no freshness to cut through (it was buried under the sauce). The loaded tater tots were amazing though, the best thing we had I think! All in all it was fine, reasonably priced and if you're after a quick bite then maybe check it out.

I love this place! Been a few times now and the food is great! Very friendly staff and a lovely place to eat. It's nice and open with lots of light which I love. The choice of pancakes from sweet to savoury, including a kids menu is perfect. Highly recommend

Very good food, massive portions, good price, lovely staff. But the tables and highchair could have done with a decent clean first. Only other disappointment was £2.50 for a tiny portion of syrup. Very American style of pancakes, don't underestimate how filling the double is. Loved the bottomless drip coffee

Visited for Sunday Brunch. Walk ins were being taken with a few minutes wait - we had booked. HAD to have bacon and maple syrup so only had a single stack / buttermilk pancake. This was delicious and left plenty room for a sundae. Yummy creation/ very sweet. Staff were attentive and friendly. My friend had the biscoff/ smores stack. She advised it was a little dry and needed some more sauce. Watching all the wonka like creations coming out was a delight. First visit to this chain and I loved it.

Amazing staff, Gemma was very nice. Made me iced coffee that wasn't on the menu. The pancakes were amazing, want to go back for sweet ones. Fries were the best ones we've ever ordered.

Great for a Saturday morning treat! Only problem was that I ordered something and was given the wrong thing, it was still very tasty though and I enjoyed it. Staff member was very friendly and did apologise.
