Traditional pub where we had a warm welcome. Serves traditional ales along with newer ciders etc but does not serve food so Google is incorrect at this time

Very welcoming and friendly staff and landlord. Had a really enjoyable night talking and drinking with locals and tourists. Drink prices are good too. Will definitely revisit if/when in the area again.

Great little pub in Pontneathvaughan, exactly what we needed after a stroll around the Waterfalls. The staff were very friendly and the food service was very prompt.
I’d go as far as saying this was the best Sunday dinner I’ve ever had, the reason for the 4 star is I thought the tables felt a bit close together.
But that wouldn’t stop me from not returning.

A nice pub, it's a pity they don't do food.

Small pub tucked away down a short alley. Serves locally brewed ales. Good to stop for a pint after or during a walk.

Had several pints of Warrior ale for £4 a pint. Excellent beer and good value.

An unpretentious brewery tap pub that appeals to a wide range of drinkers. Courtyard beer garden lovely on a warm day/evening.

I think this place is very good. Evan Evans local beers brewed in the town, very nice bar at back of courtyard. Friendly service, food also. Seems to be well connected to vibrant local scene, hosting music events and biggest vegetable shows in their courtyard. Seek it out - well worth a visit or stay.
