Afon Conwy Brewers Fayre

After visiting this venue tonight (03/11/23) I felt like I had to leave a review. We were served by a lovely, well mannered lady called Bethan, nothing was too much trouble, she asked us about food allergies and advised us accordingly due to my partner's wheat/gluten allergy. Throughout our visit I could hear her with the customers (we were sat opposite the till) and this continued with everyone , wishing people a 'good evening' and making sure that everything was ok regarding the food etc. We will most definitely be visiting again, and hopefully we'll have the pleasure of being served by Bethan again, her customer skills were second to none 😄😄😄

Have to say a massive thank you to Erin & Natalie for there super cool service at breakfast. Customer service like this goes and long way in repetitive customer returns. We’ve been a few times here and never have had a negative service. The atmosphere is relaxed but pleasant it’s always clean and tidy and the staff are great too as is the food they are also child friendly😀. Thank you Chris & Wendy

I went here to have the all you can eat breakfast I think it was £9.80. I have paid more than that for a breakfast bap. The sausages were beautiful as was the black pudding the mushrooms were not the best i have had it was self service so I gave myself a 5 we had no problem finding a table there was ample and same with parking 🅿️ a will definitely be going here again a really nice and friendly place

Just had the Sunday Carvery. It was delicious. The carving done by the lovely Rebecca with charm and a great smile and sense of humour. What a brilliant brewers Fayre this is. So impressed writing this before leaving. Bethan and Natalie are outstanding. The food was hot and tasty. Will be back tonight. Atmosphere great laughter all the way extremely inviting. Once again thank you to all of staff for helping make a happy weekend.

Absolutely brilliant! Excellent service , especially in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. A very good choice of menus and very good value for your money. Hotel rooms very clean, lovely soft towels. Will certainly be coming again. Thank you.

I had a lovely Cobb salad with chicken and onion rings as added extras. To drink I had a J20. It was absolutely lovely and it arrived in time for me to have a leisurely working lunch. Atmosphere was lovely loads of people eating plenty of tables. It was under £15 well pleased and I am encouraging my friendship group to go there for a meal together over the Easter 🐣 break. Arrived for lunch with our 13 and 6 year old. Plenty of seating. Place was very clean and inviting. Staff greeted us and were very friendly. Food came quickly and was hot. Lots of emphasis on food allergies, which although we didn't have any, it was good to see. Puddings large and again came quickly. Plates were cleared in a timely manner. Music playing in the background. We went for free refill soda, plenty of choice. Also had free water fountain. Lovely food and atmosphere. Highly recommend 👌

Quick service. Big order and everything was correct and there. Drinks service at the bar was slightly slow but once we were served the staff member was great. Food was okay, portions seemed a bit on the small side. Chicken gujons side were disappointing. Brownie wasn't great but sticky toffee pudding was fine.
