Visited on a very rainy Sunday afternoon, and was very pleased to find they had space without a prior reservation.
Service was friendly and the atmosphere felt very casual, but not in a bad way! When ever we needed anything a server was on hand and approachable.
Food options and prices were good, with good vegetarian options which is always a nice bonus.
Overall a positive experience, and we would return if we are back in the area

Had a nice meal at this restaurant. The Service was very good. Also, the food was tasty and nicely presented. Quite pricey.
What could be done better?
- the salad (picture) was fresh, but a light vinaigrette would have made it even better
- why on earth are the sauces and ice creams in plastic containers. It makes it feel cheap...

Sat outside watching the world walk by. Great backdrop of impressive mahoosive rock outcrop looming up over the town.
Ate their delicious Fish Fry with an iced J2O. Staff were polite and attentive.

Amazing food and service, levels of cleanliness are superb. Menu was perfect too not a massive list, but plenty of choice and something for everyone. Brilliant cocktails as well! I actually made a point of tipping, rare for me in this country, but it was brilliant . Well worth a visit !

Brilliant place to visit on a wet and wild day. We popped in and they were full but said pop back in 30 minutes and they'd have a table for the 4 of us.
True to their word, we went back and the table was ready.
We ordered drinks which arrived quickly and then ordered our food, which again arrived promptly.
I had tacos which were incredible. My wife has the ciabatta as did one of our friends. Ian had the nachos XL and by golly, they were as well.
The food was hot, fresh and so tasty. Unfortunately I didn't take any pics this time as we were with friends, but take my word for it, you won't regret going here.
Overall, a brilliant experience with great music, brilliant staff and tasty food 👍

Had a great night here tonight. Went with some lads from work and we all have a great night. Food was great (mains and dessert). Portion sizes were just right. Customer service was spot on. Women who served us (Gemma I think here name was) was quite witty and entertaining which is nice in that kind of environment rather just some young staff with all the charisma of a loaf of bread.

The ribs taste exceptionally good, a must try in this restaurant. The shrimp is ok but the dip is a good match. Overall price is acceptable, average price compared to those of this type. The only complain is slow service due to under manpower.

Great Anglo American style diner. Everyone in our group chose something different from the menu. But we all tried each other's food and loved all of it. We were served by George, who was very friendly and dealt with all of our requests promptly. We had a good relaxing evening. The prices may seem a little high but the portions are big and you certainly get the quality you pay for.
We will definitely be back again!

Great place. Wonderful food - steak, chicken and ribs were all amazing. 2 waitresses extremely friendly and helpful, lovely girls. Only criticism is toilet could be better, other than that really loved this place and would highly recommend.

Been a few times now. Atmosphere and staff are great. Food is ok, overpriced but decent enough. Toilets are falling apart and not the cleanest but just don't use and you'll be fine.

Walk in late afternoon visit as a family of 4 on a Sunday. Warm welcome, friendly staff, with one particular staff member (did not get her name, a lady in her 40s, greish hair tied at the back) who literally made my day. As we had a baby with us, breastfed only, she aknowledged and kept checking if I need more water. She also had some good jokes for our older son and us when passing by our table.
Ordered The Big Daddy, which was spot on for how hungry we felt after just arriving in town from London: the best onion rings (which I normally do not eat), very good ribs and potatoes, the Buffalo wings’s sauce a bit too sweet for my taste. Son’s mini burger was not mini at all, very tasty. Great milkshake too!
PS: We ate there again next day for dinner, burgers were absolutely delicious! Carrie lwas our waiter this time, so friendly and professional! Also found out Wendy was the name of the oustanding lovely waitress from previous day. Great place!

Highly recommended. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were 10 of us and we were seated immediately. The food, which consisted of burgers, pizzas, ribs etc, was really nice and a very reasonable price for the quality.

The only reason I have marked the food down is because I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, which was nice but I was expecting a BBQ sauce base. It came with a tomato base with a drizzle of BBQ sauce over the top. The wife enjoyed her Philli cheese stake. Very friendly waiter and fast service. We had lunch on a friday in September so it was quiet. We also had a dog but were welcome to sit outside.

Leider kann das Essen in keinster Weise halten, was das Aussehen verspricht. Der Service ist äußerst zuvorkommend und super nett, wenn auch manchmal anscheinend gut überlastet.
Wir haben alle ähnliche Spieße bestellt, und wurden auch direkt nach dem Gargrad gefragt.
Ein Essen wurde leider direkt falsch verstanden, aber das kann ja mal passieren.
Unsere Spieße waren aber jedoch völlig falsch gebraten (durch), was leider gar nicht ging.
Unsere Reklamation wurde aber sehr professionell aufgenommen und uns wurden neue Essen versprochen. Diese waren zwar besser, aber auch nur teilweise. Das Fleisch war nicht besonders gut und die Stücke waren alle sehr und gleich geschnitten, dann wiederum die gar gerade völlig unterschiedlich waren. So waren circa 50 % perfekt und die anderen 50 % kaum zu essen.
Schade. Da kann dann auch ein guter Service kaum noch was herumreißen.

Took on the 4x4 burger and actually managed to finish :) staff were awesome even played the rocky theme tune to motivate me through the last bit :D food was lovely although I may have ate slightly too much :D

Went it's my wife and 13 year old (nearly) son . Starter ( sharing platter) was nice and big enough for us all to share. They then brought my wife the wrong meal and it went down hill from there. They brought my meal and my sons and told my wife that they had got the order wrong and she would have to wait for hers. This meant that we had finished ours long before hers was ready . The lad then brought down a bucket of over cooked fries for her to eat while she waited. This might have spoiled her meal when it eventually arrived if they had not of been awful . When her hanging Kebab did arrive it was lovely and she enjoyed it but the family meal had been made disjointed and as such ruined. Won't be going again

Looks the part but dramatically failed in food. The starters were the only thing I could say I liked, even though the ribs were dry. The wings were good? Mediocre patties and chewy. We were all starving after a long drive and would of eaten anything but will not be returning.

Partner had steak shrimp and ribs, steak and shrimps were cold and the ribs were so over done couldn't even eat them. My burger was black. Never had a problem before but definitely won't be back or recommend. We got some money off the bill but didn't account for much as the only part of the food that was fine was the fries.

Went to Llandudno with my partner on 3/01/18 about 5pm and had tortillas to share plus coleslaw and sweet potato chips, steak and chicken was fine but shrimp skewers tasted a bit strange but they were dusted with pepper so was unsure if that was why. Later that evening we both had stomach ache and were both up in the night with diarrhoea and needed immodium, only thing we'd both eaten all day apart from toast in the morning so safe to say we'll be giving it a wide berth in the future.

Went to the Bangor one initially was rather impressed went in for lunch it was empty except 1 other table and got greeted by popcorn but then it went down hill they messed up my husband's food and bought out something he didn't even order so buy the time they had redone his actual order I had finished my food along with our 1 year old, the drinks were flat and the kitchen staff were drinking energy drinks and eating while working along with wiping there nose on there uniform which is disgusting, then we waited 40 mins after my husband had eaten before some1 cleared his plate and asked if we wanted desert we were going to have some but it took to long for the waitress who didn't smile or hardly talk to us seemed like she really did not want to be there, awful experience will not be returning...

Visited harveys bangor for lunch today for the firat time, fantastic service from the lovely waitress,lovely food, not at all expensive. Will 100% be returning!
