I visited this ice cream shop after next door shop of fish and chips. I would recommend this shop, ice cream was the best which ever had but the guy who was serving and was incharge was very arrogant and rude. There were no tags for flavours of ice-cream. We have to ask few , indeed he was unable to tell all flavours. This is a big shortcoming. They should display tags so customers know which flavour it is. As mentioned in other comments by someone else, girl serving was really looks ve5d
Sad, don't know why.
If customer service is improved, they deserve 5 stars.
I visited today and a young man Jaydon served us. Very courteous & thoughtful .Something for every taste.Great variety of flavours most of them named. But young man knew what they all were.
( think about 40 varieties) And helped other customers in their choice. Tasted lovely, Generous amount. Seating inside & out .Loved how icecream was covered inside to preserve cold & keep flies off on what was a very hot day. We will definitely visit again when next in Llandudno.
Was served by Jay, who was one of the friendliest, happiest and politest staff members I've encountered. The ice creams were wonderful and the lemon sorbet was one of the best I've ever had. Will definitely be returning
We went to the new(?) "waffle king" (yellow and black sign) where they only sell ice-cream, not the one on the corner that seems the same business?). We were served by a polite and friendly girl on Thursday and Friday 3rd/4th June 2022. We went to thank her on Sunday but she wasn't there 🥺. During one of our visits they ran out of the triple chocolate flavour but she kindly suggested a similar flavour that was indeed really good!. There were several people queuing but she quickly served us all in a timely manner.
I am an employee here. I have many appointments due to my congenital heart disease which are very important. Due to the fact that 1. Give them plenty of notice, 2. Turn up to my job on time all the time, 3. Actually do my job. On multiple occasions I have been left to opening on my own due to colleagues not turning up on time or not turning up at all but then my manager helped me open and helped me as much she could. You will always want to believe one side of a story over the other and it's not my place to tell you which side. I am also a young carer for my mum who has CIS and all of my boss's understand the struggles I go through, we are a team who should be working together, not a group of people trying to make it work because one person constantly let's us down. Why can someone who is a young carer and also fighting her own health battles able to turn up and give more than my all to help others in anyway that I can and still be a team player? There's a difference between being a reliable employee and thinking you're better than everyone else! Considering that it was your job to clean and you couldn't even empty a bin.... you were never alone considering there is camera footage to prove so. CHECK YOUR FACTS BEFORE YOU LIE AND POST ABOUT IT. Remember that your actions caused many others plenty of added stress and pressure that they didn't need. You're not the only person who worked here.
