Good quality food. Batter not too thick. No disgusting grease bubbles, Great staff, never have any probs in 22 years.
Can only comment on salt n pepper chips, sausage and curry. All tasty enough, would give an extra star for a more generous large portion of chips. Standard sausage and curry.

Fab fish and chips .. best I’ve had for a long time .. 1 small fish,1 large fish,1 medium chips £12.20…. Medium chips is still a very large portion ..perfect for 2 people sharing ..thanks for a very tasty meal ..enjoyed.
Was in the area today and seen this great little chippy, got me and my daughter some food which was amazing to be fair all cooked fresh and the owner was very friendly, Will call again if I'm in the area.
Great fish and chips, friendly staff, nice curry sauce and good portion size. Does get busy on a Friday night but that's a good sign! We had large cod + chips w curry sauce
Never eat chippy food always disagrees with me, not any more,went here twice in thee days absolutely superb fresh and friendly the grandkids ate everybit will defo recommend and defo be going back
Super little village chippy with a decent range on the menu. Be aware it's cash only - there's a free cash machine at the Co-op a few yards away.
I had chips and chicken nuggets in batter and my mate had sausage dinner with mushy peas and I don't think either of us will be doing any cooking this week, chips and?? Every night ;)
Great fish and chips. Can get quite busy at peak times so would advice to get there early.
A lovely place to get your evening tea, everyone is welcoming and the food is lovely. I'll be back when I'm visiting family.
