Very friendly staff, Joes is the best ice cream you can get. There is no waiting around in long queues as there are plenty of staff there to take and prepare your orders. It is a well oiled machine, slick operation.

What can I say, a smooth and fluffy ice cream that us full in flavor. Such a perfect way to end your day in Swansea and chill with a cold treat in a cold rainy weather. Loved it!

This is clearly a very popular place in the area, but the quality of the ice cream explains why. The Turkish delight tasted just like Fry's while the vanilla is creamy and not overpowering.

I was lucky as I got there before the crowds. Joe's never fails to impress .It tastes as good now in my 60s as it was when I was 6. Still a treat today

Young staff though, talking amongst themselves rather than to the customers.

Best ice cream in town. Very friendly staff with always a smile. Service is quite quick and neat, though there was a big queue. Liked their salted caramel so much. Classic vanilla is also a must try!!Well famous in town! Card payment accepted. They have all varieties of fudge, cone, litre cans!!
