On the recommendation of a friend we dined here. Great atmosphere and great food with many local beers and a great wine selection. The staff are very friendly and helpful with good recommendations. There is a kids menu also. Please visit here if you are in Llantwit Major.

You’ve truly stepped back in time when you enter the wooden doors. One of the oldest pubs in Llantwit with an amazing atmosphere. Fish and Chips were great. There is an outdoor area to eat, but I preferred the historic inside. The local people were so friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

There's nothing better than a charming pub on a Sunday afternoon. Friendly and lovely staff, beautiful food made in the kitchen (not from a frozen pack) at very good prices. Locals are very friendly and an ideal location after going to the beach for a swim or after a long walk. A beautiful pub that deserves a visit!

Stopped off for a quick lunch and was delighted to see that the Swan Inn was open. A lovely little pub with a nice choice of menu. Our lunch was outstanding and the customer service was spot on. Family highly recommends the goat cheese …
