Walked in just before closing but didn't realise until I had already ordered. Staff were still welcome and friendly. It was very clean considering it was the end of the day. The food was good and as fresh as McDonald's gets. Plenty of outdoor seating and parking available.
Forgot one portion of fries but a nice lady bought a portion for us when we asked.
And despite not being too busy, there were no parking spaces.
Everything aside all that was good.
Staff were very helpful and food was fast even though it was busy. However there is an interactive projector on a table for the kids to play with which resulted in the kids playing on it bagging the table with their hands which rapidly became annoying.
I can imagine it's a regular daily occurrence in the holidays which would drive me mad if I worked there. Maybe better when loads of kids aren't there banging away at the table.
Its a very good thing to keep the kids happy but not if you just want to eat with a limited amount of noise.
Apart from that the staff and service made up for the noise.
Really lovely hot chocolate, didn't taste watered out like the local one, tasted like someone made it themselves rather than a machine, and they also served fresh hot chips, this mcdonalds is a real winner, keep it up!👍
Broke down on A55 and waited here for AA recovery . Nice manager let us wait inside after the restaurant closed but ended up arguing with a guy who forced the door open with his son to talk to his mate who worked there. My 82 year old mum was very upset by his threatening behaviour and staff should be reprimanded for allowing this man to buy food after for ing entry .
Really really busy and the workers were none stop. Food was nice but thrown together half my burger was out of the bun. Extremely busy with traffic. But clean and well kept.
Very busy young staff a credit to McDonald's working under these conditions definitely a character building job..food was great what more can I say...
Reasonably happy with the service I experienced here. Not overly busy as being an "a55 services". I thought it would be more busy.
It was super busy here when we visited probably due to the school holidays! Also my burger was in bits when I got it and there was no where to sit so had to eat our meal in the car!
Nice and clean McDonald's just off the North Wales Expressway. Helpful staff. Nice outdoor seating area
