Tuscanos Pizzeria & Bistro

Stopped here after researching “best restaurants in London” as hubby had a craving for pasta. We ordered the corn ribs, beet salad (which I loved- fantastically tasty dressing), I had masala chicken with mushrooms and homemade fettuccine, and he had homemade spaghetti and meatballs. He had the New York Sour and thought it was really delicious. Red wine by the glass was ok. We shared orange cheesecake for dessert and it was perfect. Portions of our mains were too large for us to finish. The service was great for a small location with limited staff. The owner and his son both chatted with us and we found them both warm and welcoming. They were attentive without being too in your face which I appreciate in a restaurant. We had a fantastic time at this family run local gem and would definitely recommend a visit if you are ever in the area!

Authentic Italian food… I was in London for business, and found this restaurant when I searched for “best restaurants in London”. The atmosphere was modern, yet cozy. I come from an Italian family, so I was eager to try this menu based on the reviews. The waiter (owner) talked me into having the gnocchi. My family makes gnocchi with ricotta cheese, not potato- and this homemade potato gnocchi had the consistency of a light ricotta gnocchi. I couldn’t believe it. Absolutely amazing. If I ever find myself in London again, I will be back!

Amazing visit! As always so fresh and delicious, the owners attention to details in food and service is top notch... deep fried pickles, 6 to a serving, golden brown, lightly spiced with aioli dip, could get for takeout, drive 20 minutes and still be perfectly hot and crispy, stuff mushrooms to die for! rich and creamy! Custom-made panzerotti! Great option, we chose the wild mushroom, chicken & roasted garlic pizza and turned it into a heavenly bite.. The chicken parm with fresh linguine and homemade sauce... would put your mother's sauce to shame! The ceaser salad packs so must punch into one bite, real bacon chucks, creamy garlicky dressing. Wow!! That's all I can say... 3 apps 2 entries 1 desert & 4 drinks, with tip $150 best meal for your hard earned money. I recommend over and over again. It's best to call ahead to be sure to get a table. Bon Appetit

This was my first time eating at Tuscanos. I tried the lasagna and all I can say it was sooo good. The waiter Andrew was pleasant and the other staff were friendly. My order was made very quickly which surprised me. A very good family run restaurant. I'll definitely be going back. I like the atmosphere very much as well as Italian food.
