I recently dined at a charming restaurant that left a lasting impression, Che Restobar. From the moment I stepped in, the warm ambiance set the tone for a delightful evening. The menu offered a diverse selection, but it was the enchiladas that stole the show. The enchiladas were a culinary masterpiece, combining the perfect balance of flavors and textures. The tortillas were soft yet held their integrity, enveloping a savory filling that was a harmonious blend of seasoned meats. The accompanying sauce was a revelation, rich and nuanced, elevating the dish to new heights. What truly stood out was the attention to detail in presentation. The portion size was generous, ensuring a satisfying dining experience. The service was impeccable, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff that enhanced the overall enjoyment of the meal. This delightful surprise was just what we were looking for when we had a concert to go to downtown but hadn't decided on a place to eat yet. We just decided to go on a whim and we are so glad we did. Marvin the owner has created a place with a great vibe, fantastic personal service, out of this world cocktails, and some of the most interesting and flavourful food we've had yet in London. We decided to sample several of the cocktails and I can say the sangria is the best we've ever had and the pisco sour is now my new favourite drink. We did tapas - guacamole (that had pomegranate seeds in it and now that's the only way I want my guac thank you), tacos, grilled calamari that was cooked perfectly, and the tostados which we're so flavourful. Everything tasted extremely fresh and with just the right amount of spice. With the great decor and the lively music it was a perfect place to spend a couple of hours. It was also great to get to know Marvin a little. We've decided Che Restobar is going to be our go-to lets hang out at the bar on a Friday night and have a great time place. Can't wait to go again and I've already decided I'm going to try the paella and then the next time the chorizo burger. 12/10 recommendation on this place for a GREAT night out.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here, and it was the perfect way to do so! I have heard many good things of Che, and have been wanting to try this place for years. We knew the food was going to be good, but we had no idea that it would have been THIS GOOD. I am both lactose-intolerant and gluten-intolerant, but most of the menu are things I can have. My partner can eat everything, and he didn't miss out on taste with items that work for me.
