The most amazing food. I'm from Ireland and I know my fish and chips and this was amazing, we had the Halibut, so fresh and tender with just the right amount of batter. great fresh cut fries. BUT the icing on the cake was my son who is lactose intolerant could eat everything we ordered. Batter dairy free, coleslaw dairy free and the tartar sauce as well. Because they make it all themselves. They took the time to answer all our questions and the lady who owns it has a degree in Micro biology and her knowledge is great. Best fish and chips in london! Bit of a wait during the dinner rush, recommend calling your order in for pick up. When you order in person they bring the food right out to your car so you can wait in relative comfort. Wish they had some indoor tables but grabbing it to take home works too and well worth the wait! And they're on skip the dishes 👌

Ordered the haddock fish and chips. The fish was very good and a good sized 5oz portion (definitely could not eat a second piece); tasty batter and fresh fish! The fries were also good. I liked the size and shape, and was impressed how the fries were not even remotely greasy. The tartar sauce was homemade and very good as well. Out of personal preference, my only feedback would be to have the fries with skin-on, be a little more crispy, and have more salt. Other reviews said long wait times but my food took 15-20 minutes from order during an off-peak time. Also, the price was competitive and fair. There was also Shaw's ice cream for sale by the scoop and baked good from Remark. Definitely will be coming here again and I recommend everyone try the food here.
