Red Lobster

I went in last week for a nice dinner with my girlfriend. We met the manager Andrew and he was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. Throughout the meal he continued to check in with us to ensure we were enjoying our meal. Great food great service. I'll be back the next time I'm in London. Dan

Went to get endless shrimp with a friend here for the second time this week! We loved the garlic shrimp/skewers as well as the seasonal drinks and chocolate cake. Our servers were exceptional and went above and beyond during our time. Not to dampen the review, but the last time I went in May the food wasn't stellar so I'm not sure if the food has changed or if it's just the shrimp. Altogether, we ate around 250 shrimp and will come back for more!

We had a craving for Red Lobster so we planned our Saturday in such a way that we ended up near one. We thought we would try the London location this time around. It had been years since we had visited this chain. There is a huge amount of parking which is nice. We got there a bit early so it wasn’t very busy but it quickly filled up. By the time we left, there were people waiting for a table. Our food was super tasty! We had the grilled tilapia with the coconut shrimp. It was all that we remembered it to be. And those biscuits - so so so good! Our waitress on the other hand left a different kind of memorable impression. She acted odd from the moment we sat down in her aection. We felt like she couldn’t have cared less to speak or address my husband directly. She abruptly took his menu from him the second he had finished ordering. This happened later too when she removed his dishes. We noticed that she served me with a smile but would completely change her demeanour when he spoke. We thought it was just us but then we saw the same thing happen at the table beside us. Our waitress was also less than serviable to that gentleman!! When he got the wrong food, he got scolded by her for not having listened when she confirmed what he was ordering… The poor man didn’t seem to know what to do, so he told her it was ok, he would eat what had shown up so not to cause issues. Thankfully our meal was awesome so the service did not dampened our night out.
