Had an amazing time, I loved the atmosphere and our server Nathaniel was incredible. He was very quick with our drinks, the food tasted great and he even helped us set up the Inspired Rewards app. He also recommended some items off the limited time menu and they did not disappoint. I’ll be sure to come here more often.

Mitch was my server, and he was an absolute STUD. Didn’t annoy us, simply replaced our empty beverages when they were empty and asked us if we wanted food. The food we ordered was spot on. Mitch is a normal guy, and serves you proper. Kylie the manager is super friendly and accommodating. Next time you go, ask for Kylie to set you up with a nice booth for your group and she will. Mitch and Kylie deserve an A+ for their service.

working in London Ontario for the past few weeks and have been trying the local cuisine. jack actors is always a good meal. I had the steak and baked potato. Man, was it ever good. good staff, great atmosphere. The price is getting up there, but it is the same everywhere, if I was getting subsidized from work then I would not be eating out like this. This not their fault its just inflation.

Visited London on Friday night & decided to come here for dinner to enjoy the nice weather on their patio. I was seated right away with no wait. I’m going to start by saying as soon as I walked in all the host & servers had a smile on there face which made the environment very pleasant to be in. My server Mitchell was very welcoming. He was able to get us started with drinks right away & help us out with the menu (since I can never decide what I want 🙈) Mitchell made sure we were always taken care of & made sure my glass was always full & never empty. The food & drinks at Jack’s never have disappointed me. Overall AMAZING night out. #StopPushingHumptyDumpty #HumptyDumptyWasPushed
