I met a friend I hadn’t seen in a long time for lunch and we had the good fortune to have Hannah as our server. She somehow perfectly balanced giving us time & space to get caught up with always being there when something was needed. Truly impressive-thank you!

We absolutely loved our experience at Jacks tonight. George was by far the best server Attentive, always around with refills, photographer, cookies for our girls. George, you deserve a gold medal for putting up with our crazy bunch tonight.

Jack Astor's is a 5-star restaurant with amazing food and great service. From their delicious burgers to their delicious chicken fingers, their menu has something for everyone. Their chicken fingers are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the sauce that they serve with them is out of this world. I highly recommend giving Jack Astor's a try, it will not disappoint!

John our server was wonderful. However very disappointed that you no longer have the beer and cheddar soup. My sister and I come her for the soup and chicken fingers all the time. Please bring it back.

Truly loved the vibe..ambience..food and the service! I love their fishbowls 🤩 and Nachos were great too! We also had the bruschetta which was so flavorful instead of just being tangy like some places and the bread 😋 Chocolate Malted Brownie was the best way to end this night ..it is just too delicious ❤️

While server was good, knowledge of ingredients was lacking. One of my party was a vegan and few choices. How do you not have oil and vinegar for a salad? Finally was able to select one but when the salad arrived it was not only the wrong dressing but swimming in it.Fries were cold and chicken wings tasted like the ones you buy from the freezer and cook. The wait for food was also a little long.
