Just want to shout out to the manager Ryan and his team, they took care of my order to perfection, probably one of the best shawarmas I've ever had, and the onion rings were fresh, crispy, and delicious. The place was warm, clean, and inviting, and the staff was constantly smiling, and washing their hands which is a massive bonus. HANDS DOWN THE BEST ONE IN LONDON! This location has never disappointed me. And neither has their employees. Ive had nothing but goo experiences here, and amazing food. The downtown location is absolutely ridiculous with their portions. This location on the other hand feeds me well. Great portions, 10/10 food. The chicken is juicy and tender, the rice never disappoints. 10/10 recommend this location.

First time visiting London and wanted to eat Shawarma and we had an incredible dining experience at Shelby's Shawarma. The menu offered a delightful array of options, and we started with the fires and zaatar onion rings, which were a flavorful and crispy treat. The traditional falafel wrap was undoubtedly the best I've ever had, with perfectly seasoned falafel and fresh ingredients. The medium chicken Shawarma bowl and medium beef Shawarma bowl were packed with flavor and generously portioned. I can confidently say that Shelby's Shawarma serves the best Shawarma I've had to date. I can't wait to return for another delicious meal! It would be fantastic if Shelby's Shawarma expanded with branches in Mississauga. The incredible flavors and quality of their food should be shared with even more people in these bustling cities. A great addition to the dining scene in Mississauga.

Oh lord! This food is Bussin!!! Every bite, dip your mouth in the ocean of flavours. That’s about Shelby’s! A big shout out to this location and the Shawarma Maker Hamza! I’ve tried all other Shelby locations in the city, but this location is a class apart, and Hamza makes a difference because nobody makes it better than him.

My first time in a shelbys. I had originally order the chicken shawarma wrap. However they mistook my order and gave me a fallafel wrap. To be honest I didn't even mind, it was just that good. When I approached the guys behind the counter they (without me saying anything) offered to remake the wrap as a chicken shawarma and told me to finish the falafel one. So I did. They promptly remade it and gave it to me, and I enjoyed it greatly. Humans make mistakes, and of course I understand that, they corrected it promptly and with respect, so in the end I was very satisfied with this location.

They have great food, big portions, and really good drinks. It was about lunch time and the store was a little packed, but they were fast with the orders. We each had a medium Boutine but barely finished it due to the size. Really good sauce, though! The Baklavas were nice but got a little too sweet and big for me due to the thickness of the filling.

I was working out of town and needed dinner. Shelby's is literally right by the hotel I was staying at. I've seen a lot of their ads on social media and thought why not try it. I ordered a chicken shawarma and a beef poutine. I wouldn't say this place blew me away, but I would go back. The flavor of the shawarma and poutine were good. It was a lot to eat for 1 person you could share or depends on how hungry you are. My only thing was the fries should be cooked to order, so they're fresh, but the seasoning on them was good. Good place, great staff.
