The Pub On Richmond

Stopped in for a quick pint and a bite. Was very impressed by the treasure trove of military regalia that adorned the walls of this establishment. Its almost as if you can enjoy a nice cold beer amidst a Royal Canadian Armed Forces Gallery. Another fusion of theams that I picked up on was " 1920's Speak Easy meets Jr Ranks Mess. That seems like a good segway into what i would describe as a "Weak" beer situation. I did have the opportunity to wet my whistle with a beautiful Boddingtons Pub Ale, but I was hard pressed to find any of the gorgeous local Craft Brews we have available @ a close proximity, on Tap. That being said, I was the benificiary of a wonderful "Cobb Salad Wrap" that just so happened to be half price on Wednesday. To top it all off the Service staff was fast and very pleasant to deal with. As always i would remind you to always tip your waitstaff. Cheers!

We have visited The Pub several times and have always had great food and great service. The place is spotlessly clean with great ambiance. Last visit was a Wednesday at 2 pm, our server informed us of all the specials and the fact that appetizers were 1/2 price. Our drink order came quickly and food order arrived just as fast. The food was great but, I do prefer my Spinach/Artichoke dip to be a little bit spicier and thinner. We will return again....

Great place to be. The manager gave me and my friends a great recommendation on wine. Very busy there on Wednesday and Thursday but the crowd adds to the atmosphere there. 5 Stars! They have a lower lounge area with huge sofas for groups. You can't see it vy looking in from outside through the window but go in and check this place out.

Came in today for half price apps, very satisfied. The service was great, had the manager as our server who gave us just he right amount of attention with out feeling like he was going through the motions of asking "how it was". The food was great, tried the pickled spears, sliders, spicy garlic shrimp ad pigs in blankets. Everything tasted great, was served fresh and hot. We plan on coming back, would recommend to anyone to try, Harp on tap was a big bonus for me.
