The new Costco is great! Busy as usual, but everyone is nice and friendly and will help if they can. I always wait until I have time to meander so it isn't overwhelming. Costco never disappoints! Love the gas prices too! South London has waited decades and it was worth the wait!

Grace and Mr. Macpherson at Tire centre are truly great people to take advise from. Grace was really bubbly personality who does not only sure that I am fully informed but also make me feel welcomed with a big smile.
Mr. Macperson is very honest Mr Janice who saved me many bucks with his advise otherwise I could have been easily robbed by other mechanics in the market ..

This place always seems to be bustling, and for good reason. Costco sells a vast variety of products. If you want to eat and shop in one stop, there is a place to get good food in the store.

Excellent location, clean and accessible. Despite the crowds there is an excellent selection of high quality goods at great prices. It's easy to walk out with more than you went in for! The optical center is also a very good buy with great staff!

Typical place other than not impressed with getting my barbecue tank filled. They need a better set-up. You have to bring your tank and drop it off, go in and get a receipt to get it weighed to fill it, bring it back out to get tank filled, then back into store to pay, back out to show it paid and get your tank. Sorry, but my time is worth something. That just takes too long and too much trouble for the little you save. I just do the tank exchange at my local corner store now. It costs a little extra, but it only takes minutes and I never have to buy a new tank. Going to Costco takes at least 45 minutes before I get back. My only real complaint.

Everyone knows about the free samples, the good food, and the cheap groceries but I have to remove a star because if you come here on a weekend good luck finding a parking spot and waiting 20 minutes in line for a register.

It used to be super busy at this new location during the first few months when it opened but now it’s not which I love. The food at the food court is tasty and super affordable!

-As far as Costco’s go here in Canada and the USA… I like the layout of this store as much as any other.
-I do like the self checkout when I go shopping for just a few items. It’s quick and easy to blast through and get out in a pinch.
-I love the FREE tire AIR pumps! Fantastic throwback to the past when airing up our tires was free and considered a courtesy not a money grabber.
-However I hate the gas bar is cut off from the street and I have to meander through the parking lot to reach it. Why they didn’t create a direct access is beyond me. Even the wonderland location has direct access and departure routes through the parking lot.

The new location is great. I’m not 100% sold on the layout, but I’m sure they will figure that out as time goes on. There is still ongoing construction on the roads around the area, but 2 main entrances are open and so is the gas bar. Like any Costco, parking is never enough. The bigger you make it, the more people come. Lol.
