Just tried their new donuts from Lady Glaze. Amazing! Easily the best donuts in London! The store is really nice and everyone who works there is super friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent assortment of pastries. Great lunch as always. I usually order the grilled cheese. The coffee is always good if it’s cold brew or freshly brewed. Great location on Richmond Row.

I love coming here for a coffee during my break at work, they have great donuts if you’re feeling something sweet. They also have a small lunch menu with some yummy sandwiches. The coffee is realllyyyy good!

We have ordered from both the catering email for our wedding and went into the Richmond location in London. Both experiences were great! In store, the staff were friendly and helpful, although I wish the signage were a bit larger to find the store. The donuts we ordered for the wedding were excellent - we got 2 dozen apple fritters (we tried them in store and loved them so much we had to get them!), 2 dozen Heemans strawberry donuts (these were a specialty donut we tried when we went in to sample a few flavors and were impressed they were able to make these for our wedding) and a dozen espresso (unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try these but all of our guests said the donuts were delicious!) The model of using a separate email for the catering worked great for me, but one thing I will comment on is that we wished there was a little more knowledge on catering orders in store, or a list of donuts offered for catering on the website, even the most popular ones. This may exist now and I haven't seen it, so please ignore if it exists. Fabulous experience overall! Made our wedding day truly unique!

Everything was great. Service, food drinks. I've been here a few times and really happy with everything they have to offer. Queer friendly, accessible though I did not check out the bathrooms or notice if the access door was powered or not.
Enjoy. Prices are very reasonable without making the quality suffer.

Bought a six pack of their doughnuts, they were truly delicious. When I got to the store the counter staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant was immaculate. Will definitely be back again.

Great ambience! Cozy and neat. The coffee is not the greatest, we had latte,it tasted plain , not strong enough, however the doughnuts were good.
