Swiss Chalet

We just ate at this location tonight and were very impressed with a) how quickly we were seated, b) how soon we were approached by our server, Hayley, c) how attentive Hayley was to what we wanted, d) how often she came back to check on us, e) how it seemed that everyone serving there pitched in and hustled. The food was delicious, hot and plentiful. We were very impressed with entire experience and will definitely be back and recommend this restaurant to others. Thank you!

Ordered online, was simple and quick. Tracking the progress is a nice feature but kind of slow to update. Order came incorrect with a few minor flaws. Called the store and they immediately sent a driver out to fix the issue, correcting the order and provided a dessert as compensation for my time spent waiting. Best customer service experience I've had so far with regards to fixing an error in a timely manner.

My wife and I had a great experience at the Swiss Chalet on Wellington Rd. last night. The young lady had a slogan on the back of her shirt about the chicken dance, joking I asked her to provide us with her version and she proceeded to entertain us. As that wasn't enough our waitress came by after our meal with the old finger bowls with the lemon slices in it to clean our hands. Wow did ever bring back memories. I know I'm getting older as most of the young people in the restaurant were looking at the bowls curious as to what they were for, but seeing us use them they smiled.

Stopped in on a Friday night after some shopping. Hostess was friendly and we were seated quickly. Our waitress Leah was friendly and pleasant. Festive special x 2 came fairly quickly and was hot and quickly consumed. Yes, decor is dated but who cares-food was good, staff friendly and will be back again.

This place cares about their customers and the service was great. They forgot to put an item in my order as I picked up a take out order. I am from out of town and was at the hospital. They delivered my missing item to the hospital with no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this place and you can’t find customer service like this anymore. Thank you again and next time I am in London I will be ordering again

Terrible experience ordering and paying for my food and also redeeming my Scene points. The driver charged me full price. I thought he was actually going to resolve the issue. But no. I then called directly to the store which I thought I had done twice but it was the call centre. The manager was awesome, he resolved the issue in a couple of minutes. He had the driver come back with the money owing to me. Thankyou I really appreciate it. Oh yes,the food was great.

I bring my 101 year father here often because they treat him like royalty. Twice now they have offered him complimentary portions of his meals in recognition of his service. Who does this anymore? Amazing and gracious on all counts. My dad will always say “Let’s go back to that place where they treat us well”. We love this location and the management and staff are terrific, thoughtful and courteous. 5 Stars from dad and me!
