Roxbury Bar & Grill

My new favourite restaurant in London after my daughter went there for the first time a couple days before and needed to go back! Our server was so friendly (super nice lady with long wavy dark hair) and the food was absolutely delicious. I had a cheese pizza and it is in my top 5 of best pizza ever. My daughter had the Philly cheese steak (she said it was great) and the fries have this secret spice that makes them amazing. Clean restaurant and bathrooms, great service and food, you can’t go wrong.

Ordered wings for a last minute dinner treat, but somehow our order did not process correctly at the restaurant. An hour and twenty minutes later, after receiving a “delivery completed” notification yet no food, we called to find out what happened. Ended up speaking to Chris, the owner, and not only did he get our wings out to us in about forty minutes from phone call to our door, he threw in some of the best deep fried pickles we’ve ever had and some very yummy garlic bread as well as a duplicate order of honey garlic wings to boot! Will definitely be ordering again!

We decided to check out the Roxbury and we found it to be well worth it. Whomever is working hard in the kitchen to create our meals and the awesome warm buns served with it should pat themselves on he back. And hopefully their management appreciate and value them. The ceasar salad dressing was absolutely great..love it didn't have a vinegar taste to it. Our waitress was hard working, personable and attentive. Every thing you want at a restaurant. Thank you for a FAB dinner.

Can I just say, my friend and I attended the Roxbury last night and the food and the waitress was amazing. My friend and I shared a Greek Pizza and sat on the patio (the only ones out there) and the Pizza was amazing, the toppings were ample AND our waitress was on par with providing excellent service. We were both super excited about the pizza and the service, we’ll be back for sure. The best Greek Pizza I have had in London I feel, definitely coming back for more. Also, lots of drinks and local beer on tap and mixed drinks. Not the average place you would think to go, but I was impressed. Looking at their FB page they have a lot of different events going on, so that’s exciting for a night out.

The Roxbury is a hidden gem in the daytime. Nice tasty well prepared food and prompt nice service. The place is at the back of a plaza so it often gets overlooked. I think they could use a road sign, avertising and maybe some specials to get the daytime crowd. But then again, I hope it doesn't get too crowded. Thanks to Julia, Sarah and other servers for making me feel welcome.
