The first time I came to this location, I would have given it a 2-2.5 although they may have been short staffed. This time around, I’d give it a solid 4. In comparison to GTA locations, specifically Mississauga & Vaughan, it falls short. However, today they were on point. We got seated and served quickly with our food coming out within 5 minutes. The flavour and quality of the seafood were good (last time it tasted overcooked). One thing I noticed about this location is the sauce is thinner than in the GTA. It doesn’t have the thicker garlic and seasoning leftover in the bags — just the thin liquid. Not an issue, but I just love the additional texture. I find the portions slightly smaller too. We added sausage but didn’t get as much as we would in the GTA. The service was really good this time around (unlike my first visit which was extremely slow). The wait staff was accurate and quick. The inside decor is getting old and could be spruced up a bit but all in all, happy we came today.

This was the second time we went to the Captain’s Boil and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered one pound of headless shrimp and one of mussels, with four sides, with three drinks, it came to around $75 including the tip. The shrimp were fresh and juicy and the mussels were just right in done-ness. The sauce too was not too spicy. Would love to go again.

Amazing experience! If you love seafood this is the place to go! Was so tasty and our waiter was an absolute sweetheart. He put my “bib” on for me even. 😂 this was my second time at restaurant and I’ll definitely still keep coming back. Thanks Captains Boil!!

Our server was nice and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Food was hot and came in fast. Loved the atmosphere as it was cozy. Good place to bring friends and family who love seafood. While some food on the menu has a price listed, those that don’t depend on the daily market price where it is seen in the front and back of the restaurant. Would come again :)

I've been coming regularly to this place since last year and I have always have a great experience. They already know my order, and within 5 minutes I have my starters ready and sometimes even the food. The service is really efficient, they keep checking on us to see if we need anything else. My family loves coming to this place, so thank you for the great service every time

Was a great place. 1st time here. It's an experience I'll tell you. Everything was cooked to perfection. Had oysters, clam and shrimp combo. It was a distance to go to buy we'll worth it.

The crab is delicious. So is the Captain's boil sauce. I just think for the price there should be more filler. Two potatoes and two corn for instance. Instead of one of each.

First time trying captain boil in London. I thought everything was tasty except the lobster poutine. It looked nothing like the picture and was extremely salty.
