This is not only the best place in the village, but the best place in the province!
The staff is so lovely, the owner is incredibly hands on, the drinks are always perfect, and the food is drool worthy.
We are here all the time and have not ever one time been disappointed.
Definitely put OSP on your radar if it’s not already!
Just be sure to call ahead because they’re always packed- another sign of a great place

Wow! What a great place to spend an afternoon with the wonderful old south villagers wandering by to support all their lovely businesses! I was incredibly impressed with the food and service by Brooklyn today, well done on all counts. Highly recommended!
UPDATE, went again, cause it was so frikken awesome, and had the pickle pizza AGAIN, and it was also great, but tried the steak bites and my gawd, they were tender and delicious. So hungry I forgot to take pic.

Took my wife and 14 year old there and had another excellent experience, nachos, shrimp and pickle pizza for the win! They want to come back! Definity worth the drive.

We called in for an early evening meal for four people and a five month old.
Good service and food and wasn't hugely expensive.
The starters seemed about the same price as the mains and about the same price. I didn't notice any desserts.

My time at The Old South Village Pub was great. I went there during the Wortley Village Jazz Festival and although it was a bit crowded, my experience was nothing but great. Nice food, cold beer and vest fast service. I hope to go back there often to enjoy more drinks and fries.

Stopped in to the Pub this afternoon for a few drinks. Service was wonderful as usual and our waitress recommended some great new drinks to try on such a hot day! The coconut mojito is incredible. Always a great experience at the pub!

First time to the local pub. Met the owners Hoag and Jen, absolutely welcoming atmosphere. Greeted right away and sat down. Drinks came right away followed shortly by the appetizers. Everthing from the drinks to the food were delicious. A few of the must tries include the Peach Sangria, steak bites, and the calamari (first-time trying). Fun filled evening on the outdoor patio dining area. I highly recommend Thank you for the great night!

My wife and I celebrated our second wedding reception with our Canadian friends and family here last night. We had such an amazing night, everything was better than we could have even hoped for. The atmosphere on the patio is perfect, the wait staff were phenomenal, and the food was top notch. Everyone had a blast and the next time my wife and I are in town we'll definitely be back. Thanks Matt, Taylor, Julia, Zoe, and Hoag, y'all made our night unforgettable!

Food was incredible! Menu has some different things than you usually see which is nice. Our server was okay, however there was another server that we had talked to that was amazing. We will definitely return and recommend!

We were out to celebrate a birthday in the family and couldn't be happier. The food was wonderful and everyone enjoyed. I ordered the Shiitake pizza and couldn't be happier. Plus the appetizer of sweet potato fries was well received. Will definitely be going back.
