Quesada Burritos & Tacos

WARNING: I'm reporting a SAFETY ISSUE of their food. I ordered two burritos today from their Richmond store, and found one small BLACK PLASTIC FRAGMENT in one burrito ( I stopped eating after seeing the plastic so I don't know if the other one had plastic as well). This is very dangerous as it can easily cause damage to customer's stomach if people just swallowed the food. This is the first time I ordered from their store and the first time finding plastic in food delivery. Worried and disappointed.

First time trying Quesada on Richmond St. I should have checked out reviews ahead of time since most said that they don’t fill the burritos or bowls. I ordered a burrito bowl and it was almost empty. I didn’t know someone could be so cheap with even chopped lettuce. It was supposed to be my dinner but it was more like a side salad instead of a meal. The bowl was so empty. I’m eating a protein bar now as I’m still hungry. I will never order from this location again.

Wow with Covid not having a washroom open at a eat in restaurant not being able to wash my hands before I eat is disgusting and disappointing when the people behind the counter not being able to understand that you can NOT HAVE WASHROOMS CLOSE AND HAVE PEOPLE EAT IN IF YOO DONT HAVE A OPEN WASHROOM IT IS AGAINST HEALTH LAWS IN LONDON !!!!!! I will be reporting it tomorrow trust me and the service was horrible and if the food is gross I’m going to flip let’s see in a min

Am not a fan, others have mentioned issues with portioning and I would agree. I have ordered from here twice and had to do a double take both times when opening my food because I thought they forgot the meat. That is just how little they put in, that its perfectly obscured by the sauce and lettuce I think they intend on customers loading their burritos because I ordered something with less toppings and they didn't take that into account when they added the sauce - the sour cream overpowered everything and just spilled out the ends. Half my taco is in the box and not in the shell. Although even less authentic, I prefer soft tacos from Taco Bell.

Any review over 2 stars was written by their friends or family. This location sucks. Time for a new owner and staff who doesn’t go so cheap with ingredients. Never been anywhere that goes as cheap with ingredients. Go to the other location. I eat quesada every week, I always regret coming back to this location. They go so cheap with the quantity. You pay for a large but what you really get is a smaller than small size burrito in a large burrito wrap. It’s like 65% bread 35% burrito. The amount of meat they give you will annoy you as soon as u see that. This location sucks big time. What a joke. It’s a shame they even call this quesada, it’s not Mexican at all this is more like Punjabi.
