Been here since I was seven. It's one of those places where heart and soul are put in more than industrial standards and expectancies. I can tell you you're gonna expect good food though.
EDIT: They closed and now I'm very sad. Didn't have the workforce to keep up from what I've heard. Could be just a rumour though.

Food is always prepared quickly and is very good and fresh. Their fried rice has a delicious smokiness to it that my family loves. My favourite Chinese restaurant in London!

I always love Pagoda palace. I like supporting family businesses as well as it's amazing food and you get a lot for what you pay. Its always freshly made and hot. They will be my Chinese food of choice for the area!

I was quite impressed with the quality of the food and the service was excellent! The dumplings better than anything I have so far found in London Ontario, they were made from scratch and served piping hot.The chow mien was also excellent, served hot with lots of fresh vegetables and meat. I did not find anything greasy like I have before with other Chinese restaurants. All up I was very happy with the food and the service was delightful.
