Truthfully this is the best Mr. sub I’ve ever had. All the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel so welcome within their establishment. If I have any special requests I don’t feel as if I’m burdening them. The produce is always fresh and the bread is always hot coming out of the oven. The store itself was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. It's clear that they take great pride in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for their customers. The owner's knowledge and expertise were apparent as he took the time to understand my needs and provide me with tailored solutions. He went above and beyond to ensure that I left the store with a smile on my face and complete satisfaction with the service I received. The lady behind the counter was awesome. She put on new gloves, and went to the back to get a different knife to use on my husband's gluten free bun. She also went to the back to check what sauces are gluten free. To my susprise most of them are. I had the spicy chicken. It was spicy but not too spicy. The washroom was clean. I appreciate that. Thanks for the good service.
