Great Tim Hortons, line is usually long but that’s what you expect downtown. Staff is always on the ball with the orders and accuracy of the orders, come here everyday during my lunch and have never been disappointed!

Recently I had a problem with my order, normally I don't say anything but this time I sent a complaint to head office. They messaged me back within the hour and the store manager called me that same day. They replaced my order and even offered some donuts as well. Thank you!!

My tea and sandwich was great but ordered new cinnamon custard thing for a buck..size of a 2 bite brownie and a drop of custard. 2 for a buck is good..one for a buck is a rip off.

Best tim hortons I have ever been hands down. The staff are great. Helpful, nice, and fast! I even felt my tea and donut cost less compare to other branches. It is probably just a delusion :))
But you have to wait; the line here is long.

When I walked in there was around 25 people in line. I did not have to wait even 10 minutes. The speed of service at this location never fails to amaze me. Gale and her team rock it everyday! Favourite location in London, ON!!

Very fast service in rush hour! Line will be packed to the end of the restaurant and they'll be done everyone's order in 15minutes! Some of the workers are rude tho
