Always quick service and employees are very friendly. The manager has a great attitude and seems to have things running smoothly (Nicki or Vicky? Can't remember lol)

Food & Service is typical of McDonald's restaurants. Was fairly crowded inside so at certain busy times choosing to eat-in might end up causing some frustration. There is a walk-up window which I have been told that you can order from although seeing as it's located in the heart of London's downtown core, there can be unsavory folks loitering in the area so careful to be vigilant when taking out money or wallets around here. (Better safe than sorry)

The same old restaurant but still it's my favorite, I just feel like asking if they have any secret ingredient just like the Kung Fu panda. Yeah that's the same food all over the world. I come from a different country and still I don't find 0.1% of difference in the food. Appreciate them for the hard work. They are obviously one of the best restaurants in the town now. They also help students with job opportunities, which is the best part. Keep it up McDonald's. #Cheers

I don't normally post reviews, but Samantha went above, and beyond in terms of customer service; I came to the windows after hours lost trying to find my hotel after rock the park. She took 15 minutes to guide me to my destination, I wish more McDonald's had more employees like this.

They have a walk up window by the bus stop which i Love. though they don't pay as much attention to that window as i feel like they should. people are waiting their for a bus, I feel like that should be taken into consideration when taking forever with their orders. or be able to provide better estimates for wait time for their food before they order to know if a bus will get there in the meantime or not.

There is nothing wrong with this restaurant or it's staff. The issues is most of it's customers! They are drunk, drugged out homeless / welfare people who make the staff's job a living hell. The people who work here deserve a medal for what they put up with.

You encounter a lot of different types of people at this McDonalds. The staff are a little slow compared to other McDonalds, but that's probably because of the location of this McDonalds - it's pretty much in the centre of downtown. The food quality is alright; it tastes like any other burger you can order from another McDonalds.
