We come from out of town, but they made us feel right at home 100% amazing service. There’s a small discrepancy with our one meal but it was more of a personal taste in anything and they had no problem accommodating my daughter six years old and two adults perfect service great night out still one of the family favorites. The manager I believe his name was Lance went above and beyond definitely service is there a top priority money well spent.

I came into the restaurant tonight and there were two servers/hosts that were at the front and only one of them turned around and gave me a quick glance. No "hello" or "we'll be with you in a moment" or any kind of acknowledgement. Super rude and super disrespectful!! I eventually asked them "should I just go sit down anywhere?" and then they finally gave me some attention. Everything else was great, even though I got the wrong dish served to me. They came back right away to correct their mistake with apologies. I can't stand disrespectful people and I just had to say something. I know this Eastside Mario's is better than this, I just hope this isn't their new norm. -On Dundas street at Argyle.-

Had an unforgettable lunch here with friends, all of us were satisfied with the food and service. We were blessed to have an amazing server named Maddie, would go back just to see her! Contagious smile and laugh, so funny and quirky and just so kind. Great, fast service, really felt taken care of and was so sad when we had to leave :'( Cannot wait to go back! Thank you so much East Side Marios, and special shoutout to Maddie!

I Stoped by to grab some lunch on a Friday around noon. Ordered the soup, salad and all you can eat yummy bread. I was sitting at a booth that I had picked out, had a great view of outside activity, watched part of a hockey game on their TV, and was able to get some work done that I brought with me to do…..all in all a great, working lunch. I also picked up a couple of Christmas gifts too —the ultimate East Side Mario‘s holiday bowl that included their iconic red bowl and famous garden salad dressing. I would recommend this restaurant for lunch on a Friday.
