Tim Hortons

This store and staff are amazing! I go to this location every morning for breakfast and get the same order. The morning crew moves the drive through SOO quickly, never waited more than 5 minutes even with 12+ cars. They're fantastic staff and they’re consistently great food quality. This is the #1 Tim Hortons location in London. They deserve recognition.

I decided to go inside instead of the drive thru as I have not been able to drink coffee due to illness and wanted to make sure I got a good coffee I was so surprised by the great service Brooke provided I told her the reason I came in (this location has good coffee not burnt like some)and she assured me it would be fresh and good and it was Thank you Brooke

I don’t usually write reviews for chain restaurants, but this might be the best Tim’s I’ve been to, as they’re always fast with their orders and the food is made to the correct specifications. I’ve been having breakfast/lunch here regularly and the food is always ready when I order ahead on the app. One time they forgot one item and were able to replace it next time.

I had an awesome time at Tim Hortons.👍The cashiers were very kind to me and also people that were walking in. I observed that it's 😯 a place to relax when you need to read things that benefits our lives. I mean learning about Jehovah God and Jesus Christ his Son. Awesome 👍 excellent service 👍I was blessed by a drink, french vanilla 😉

Today morning I attended at this Tim Hortons’ store, and I was incredibly very well assisted! I kindly asked for 6 Dulce de Leche doughnuts, which they did not have as available for the moment. However, very thoroughly they struggled on and prepared them for me, with an extremely willing soul in less than 10 min. I simply had no words to express my gratitude. Thank you, dear team of Tim Hortons of Hyde Park! And, the name of the assistant who did this outstanding deed is Prabh. Hence, I do express my gratitude to her, Prabh, on behalf of my wife who wished these very well garnished doughnuts. In addition I would like to pay Ling a compliment too. Because every day she assists us (customers) with a wide smile, a warm heart, and broad sympathy. Her charisma worths more than 1,000 donuts! This Tim Horton's unit looks like a factory of talents! Because a few weeks ago we found a new talent called Richard! He was born to be a leader because he commands the entire team as no one else, in an intrepid and committed fashion.
