It was very busy. Ordered several things. I got a vanilla latte and scone. Scone is good but latte is off. Soy milk i think. Not a fan but I can drink it. Wife gets same thing but it was terrible. I don't know what they put in it but it wasn't vanilla, milk, or espresso. Taste your drink before you leave!

I understand there may be issues with staffing during these trying times, however it would be helpful to change the sign at the store to say CLOSED and also state on the website that you are closed. Otherwise people are sitting at the drive through stuck in line (close quarters at this Starbucks) and cannot get turned around. At least until everyone in line figures out that its not just a typical very slow response. Lately there has been way too much of this at this store.

It’s a Starbucks. The drinks and food are great as always, but this location is not that great. They are almost always closed and half the time they only stay open until 1-2pm. Lines are super long and I’ve had to wait over an hour before. I recommend just going to Dunkin’.

Saw multiple cars in the parking lot as well as almost 5 workers inside! Went around the drive thru and read a sign that said they close at 1030 now due to new COVID hours... this was all before then! We pulled up to the window since no one was answering the speaker and the guy opened the window and said we’re closed. When I explained the sign, he replied to me just with “we’re close,” and closed the window right on my face. Not just the rudest Starbucks ever, but also the rudest business ever. I do not recommend.

R. Adam’s (worked on Dec 20 at 1200pm) discriminated against a disabled person in line. Starbucks claims to be so ethical but clearly this person and the person working the register were clearly untrained. It’s stories like this and others at Starbucks that make me never want to go here.
Additionally one of the workers was not abiding by CDC guidelines and covering their mouth and nose. Clearly this Starbucks falls its own rules
