I have to give it to them. Being a truck driver OTR we come across a lot of garbage out here passing as food. But this place right here? Phenomenal!!! Not only did the food taste great; but it wasn't overly seasoned with salt as a disguise for flavor. I tried catfish, (which I'm not a fan, but didn't want really heavy meat) fried perfect minus all the salt. The mashed potatoes had real butter, and cream. The greens and green beans were fantastic. You have an option of biscuit or cornbread. I had assumed some little jiffy cupcake thing; but to my surprise it was fried corn patties!!! Oh my goodness, I haven't had those since Mom was alive. They paired perfectly with the catfish. The food was so good, I noticed people with large orders, and after I had lunch, I knew why. End of it all, I went and grabbed another order for the road. It is for certain, anytime I come through here, It's straight to this travel center for me! Thank you guys, for making a driver feel at home, it was a great experience!!!

This place is so good, it makes me want to become a truck driver! Doesn't matter that I already am. Let's start with the smiling star of the show Sonya who takes service seriously. I ordered the liver n onions with a side of bacon. I usually reach for the ketchup but this breaded and perfectly seasoned portioned for Thor with a apetite meal needed nothing but a fork and eager taste buds!
