Dunkin'

It wouldn’t let me leave a survey with the receipt for some reason but at 8pm this date 10-28-23 Bailey (hope I spelt that right) was working the drive through and provided amazing service and was so kind. I usually have issues at this dunkin but not this time! So Bailey if you’re seeing this you made our night as we have picky kiddos in the car and you made sure everything was right with our waters and coffee! It was right at closing and your attitude was above and beyond and I hope you get to see this so thank you so much for being a star Dunkin employee! You rock and are appreciated so thanks again have a super night!!!

I love Dunkin Mocha Iced Coffee, while this location was on the "cheaper" side of pricing . They were super busy, & out of EVERYTHING!... I love young people, but they do need more training, Yes they were busy ,but need to slow down a little and get the orders RIGHT.... worst Iced Mocha coffee I've ever had.. Forgot the whip cream ( I asked for it), bitter, not enough liquid sugar( I asked for extra), not enough chocolate....it tasted like bitter Coffee... More than likely won't stop at this location again.

People need to cut them some slack. They're understaffed and constantly backed up with customers, and if half of them are as rude as some of these reviews, I wouldn't wanna work there either. Their donuts and coffee are good, Baskin Robbins is good, they just need more employees. It seems like management only hires the bare minimum and then wonders why they're short so often.
