Pizza Hut

Fantastic service from Nahoum. I searched everywhere for a gluten free pizza for my friend who has quite a few allergies. Nahoum greeted me from my entrance and took care of me, to prepare a specialist pizza. His diligence and care was paramount to my decision to buy from this Pizza Hut (and I am not a usual Pizza Hut customer). But I will surely return for Nahoum and his extreme level of customer care and attention. Thank you so much, you really saved our night! And Pizza Hut has gained a new fan!

I went to Pizza Hut with friends tonight. The food was good but what really stood out was the customer service. We were greeted by Jonathan, who also seated us. Nothing we asked for seemed too much. I asked Bansari to clean a wet seat off for me and she did so with a smile. My experience at Pizza Hut was lovely. All the staff were friendly. Based on my visit tonight, I would definitely recommend my friends to visit their restaurant on the Strand.

Despite this minor inconvenience, Pizza Hut on The Strand impresses with its tasty offerings and friendly service, making it a solid choice for a satisfying pizza outing.

The quality of food wasn’t as good as I’m used to from Pizza Hut and prices have become very high which only makes it worth going with a 2 for 1 meerkat meals voucher. Cookie dough portions have gone very small and they were overcooked which ruined it. The service was very good however and the waitresses were polite and bubbly.

This is a good place to go for a quick meal if you are going to the theatre. It's a quick walk from Charing Cross Station with most theatres within easy reach. You order and pay at your table and await your food. Every meal includes a trip to the salad bar, which is pretty reasonable. The pizzas were very good, although service was a little slow but it was very busy. There is a very good Tastecard 241 deal, which cuts down the cost. Drinks are a bit expensive. Ask for a table away from the door!

We came here for a quick dinner before an early theatre show. We are from the US, and UK Pizza Hut pizza is NOT American Pizza Hut pizza. There is less sauce, and the sauce is less flavorful (I read that UK pizza does not have garlic). We got a Hawaiian pizza and even with the toppings it was bland. Next time we would get pepperoni for some zip. This Pizza Hut has a very nice salad bar. The restaurant was busy but service was very good.

Timelyness of food delivery. We weren't kept waiting long between salad and pizza. Good choice of food too for my son who does not like pizza to eat while my and the wife enjoyed our pizza. Pizza Hut never fails to deliver on the nostalgic pizza experience I remembered growing up. The pizza is always better than domino's, this time was no exception-very good! (But unfortunately the pizza still doesn't come close to papa John's quality) . The staff were very polite and attentive 10/10. Toilet smell was bad, (sickly sweet due to strong air freshener), but luckily very far away and can't be helped in that type of building
