Unassuming Michelin where the menu sounds classic but each dish had something that stood out. The staff were lovely and super accommodating with menu changes. Very good value for a starred place. Matched the quality.
Celebrating passing an exam and finally got to try Chez Bruce as I’m a huge fan of Medlar. They offer free corkage on Sunday evening this summer. Had the cavatelli with veal cheek and calf sweetbread. Delicious with a 1986 Cos! Service was great and attentive. Will come back

We had Valentine’s Day dinner there and were blown away by the immaculately prepared dishes. I started with the salmon app, cod main, and warm chocolate cake for dessert. I would highly recommend all of them. The cheese course was amazing as well, and the lobster
I love dining at Chez Bruce. I try and go every year! Very reasonably priced for a Michelin star restaurant and always a culinary delight. Staff are very attentive and Bruce himself may come out and say hello if you're lucky. Highly recommended.
Second time at Chez Bruce - this time celebrating birthday and everything was just impeccable. Great service, amazing food and lively ambiance. The best dinner and dining experience we’ve had in the UK since we arrived 15 months ago. Just wished we had gone here sooner as we move back to the US in a couple months . So many people recommended it and we finally had the opportunity to fit it in.

Went for a birthday celebration. Service was impeccable start to finish and food to match. Food was extremely well prepared and portions were very good as well. Menu is small but exciting and varies all the time. Would happily go back!
We had a fantastic meal here on Sunday. The service throughout the meal was exceptional. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring our dining experience was unforgettable.
