Rock Star Sushi Bar - London - Photo album

Basically this place is so good I don't want to tell you about it in case it gets too busy. If you like Japanese food, polite service, authentic ingredients, and the Izakaya culture, then this is the only place to visit in London.
This has to be one of the smallest restaurants I've ever visited, with just one sushi chef and one waiter, and just twelve seats. It's an amazing place though: very intimate and extremely good food. It's worth noting that this place doesn't take walk-ins; you need to make a booking, and it's not go
Tiny sushi restaurant with only 12 seats. Amazing personal service with Igor the owner will love to tell you everything about the history of the place and the dishes. As the location is out of London the prices are bearable however slightly expensive. Nonetheless they are worth for the quality and a
This is truly a hidden gem. The quality of some of the fish I had here was truly exquisite and some of the best tasting sushi I have ever had. The staff are friendly and keen to help guide you in your choice. Be aware the lunch menu is sometimes very limited and the evenings are usually reservation
One of the best sushi we've ever tried: quality, taste, presentation, price... it was simply brilliant! The service was friendly and quick. The chef is very passionate about his work. It is well worth a visit!
I rated this place 5 stars on the night and just adding my reason now.... It was simply the best sushi I have had in the UK in the USA (sorry haven't been Japan yet). The black cod is simple exquisite with no bombardment of flavour that some restaurants feel they need to produce. The simple great
Fantastic service, amazing food such a brilliant evening! My husband and I came for dinner. We had such a wonderful time. All of the food we ate including the smoked salmon, eel, gyoza and kamapatchi were out of this world. We loved the dry sparkling sake that went so well with all of the food. The
This place is a little gem, and when I say little, I really mean it. It has just six tables in total, it's a really cozy restaurant, but it's done on purpose because there's only one cook preparing all dishes. The place, as you can guess by the name, is rock'n'roll themed, with some really cool an
We booked to come back before we even left! Igor is a fantastic host and knows so much about sushi, rock n roll and Japanese food - as do his team. Honestly couldn't fault anything. Best sushi I've ever eaten
The best sushi in London hands down and some of the best sushi I’ve had outside of Japan. Excellent service and craftsmanship as well. Hate writing a review because we want to keep it a secret!
Best sushi ever, excellent service, thanks you for be so exquisite
The very best sushi I've ever had wasn't expecting much as I just popped in for some sushi at 12:00 midday for lunch I decided to let Igor pick the food when he came out with the black cod I knew this was going to be a totally amazing dining experience. Thank you Igor and staff totally exceeded my e
Service is awesome. The owner is lovely and explains everything too you. The food is absolutely amazing, sososo delicious. Everything is perfect. The only downside is that it is really expensive so can't really come here frequently. Maybe once or twice a year.
Amazing place!!! Tiny, rock music, overwhelming black cod, smoke salmon, all their recommendations are delicious!! Absolutely recommend, we'll be back!! You need to book online and confirm by your confirmation email. Thanks so much Jose!!! Your place is super!!!!
I’ve never been to any japanese restaurants in England before, but the fortune was by my side yesterday and I went to London’s coolest, busiest place where they serve really exciting foods. Not to say the owner, Igor Salgado is an acknowledged master of the japanese gastronomy, so his sushi bar is a
So much tasty sushi to try, I can't wait to return! Very small and intimate restaurant, waiter very attentive and knowledgeable. Unagi rock and rolls my fave. Fresh wasabi and delicious ginger tops it all off to perfection 👌
This is a fantastic place with great food and friendly service. You can learn a lot about the food you eat here as well as try some rare dishes. The food is quite expensive but the quality makes up for it. They do except cards as well. The restaurant is also near a craft market and some shops.
This place is awesome!! You can eat fantastic sushi whilst listening to great rock music! Service is excellent and prices aren't bad. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend!
