Absolutely amazing spot - try to get the group booking so you get the whole caboose to yourselves. The Derailer is on point, especially if you like it spicy and the team is extremely friendly and hospitable. Already missing the brisket.
I had the "3.10 To Yuma" beef brisket burger, and it was pretty darn good. Took some time to prepare, but worth the wait. I'm a frequent visitor to Ely's Yard, but first time I'd tried Caboose. I'd definitely want to try more of their menu.

Went for a quick spot of lunch on a summer's day. Pleasant area just off the beaten track and a solid burger. Went for the "Derailer" as it has both the pork & beef and was a solid effort. Lovely smokey taste throughout, soft bun didn't blow me away but a good showing, thank you.

One of the best pulled pork burgers you can get in London! I recommend the Fat Controller. You can even eat-in in the rail carriage! Staff a really cool and friendly too. Def recommend this place out of all of the food trucks on this patch.
