A full on experience on the chefs table!
One single word cand describe the evening, exceptional!
Attention to every single detail from the entrance to the end.
A high end place where you will experience food at the next level.
Food is presented as an art so you must expect something different than at your local restaurant.

Best restaurant in London by far. We have eaten here two times and are looking to be back for a third time. The waiters and sommeliers are incredible. The team in the kitchen is world class. There is no better place to go and have a dining experience in London. As a quest you can feel the passion and knowledge of the staff. We have nothing but love for the restaurant. Anyone who goes here will experience the best that London has to offer and truly get to know what fine dining is.

Last min. booking. They were very nice to try help me out even thru email only. Very quick respond to get u welcomed. Impressed. I asked the other 4 3 stars and they either don’t reply or not willing.
To me, 3 stars but u still need to entertain people even u don’t care if they come or pay for it. So that’s a credit to them
Atmosphere is great. Not grand but pretty neat and nice place. Comfortable and warm
Staff as all smile and welcome u as a guest.
Minor mistake on ordering but fixed.
Food quality exceptional and high quality.
I had 7 course pair with Champagne pairing
Price is ok on the course
U need pay more for food like Wagu Beef or the wine pairing which I didn’t read thru which at last surprised me
However the Champage that they provide are high quality brand and year so u can say it worth that money in that hote or area
U Will definitely get enough food on those portion
I love this place and the nearby area. Great place to come
I come for Lunch and already fully booked
Thank you their staff to hold for me even I can’t get the secure booking thru
Dinner are always full
So pre book to don’t hesitate to call and ask

super delicious foods, nice staffs, good atmosphere but during the course, the restaurant serves dishes slowly! this makes me a bit sleepy
this is my third time here, this restaurant never make me disappointed

Clearly not what we expected, and nowhere near other three Michelin star restaurants in London. Not memorable, overall underwhelming. We had one amazing course, the foie gras, which was an extra on the day. Disappointing desserts which we didn’t even have. Substandard service (our table was not even cleaned from crumbles in between courses). Also, the restaurant shares WCs with the hotel lobby, meaning you have to queue in between courses…not ideal.

Every plate that came out had me saying 'yuuuum' with every bite. That doughnut canape to start was amazing! There was maybe one plate (John dory) that maybe needs a bit more work, I wasn't a huge fan but overall everything was very well executed.
They were accommodating to my dietary requirements and amended the menu accordingly with no hesitation and we got a tour of the kitchens and met the chefs.
There were a few little extra surprise dishes to celebrate our anniversary which was a nice touch, we left feeling extremely full.
Yes the food is not new, challenging or reinventing the wheel but there's other restaurants/chefs for that kind of thing. You know what you're in for if you go here, the food is absolutely delicious, staff are friendly, not pretentious, overall better than our experience at Gordon Ramsay (sorry Gordon!)

We dined in the little room with darroze armagnacs and it was great. Really private and atmospheric. I added the caviar supplement dish and I was blown away

I had a very special time dining at Helene Darroze at The Connaught, and it was certainly one of the best fine dining experiences I’ve had in London…
Upon entering the building, I had to ask the concierge where the entrance to the restaurant was, as it didn’t appear very clear or obvious due to the layout and lack of signage. I was warmly greeted after providing my reservation details and taken to my seat…
The dining room was quite elegant and had a warm and relaxing light tone. Numerous servers hustled swiftly around the dining room in a synchronized, almost choreographed fashion (very impressive).
The wine recommendation made by my server was the Petit Manseng (Marie Kattalin, Domaine de Souch, 2017) and it was absolutely incredible! As someone who appreciates sweet wine, it was by far the best wine I’ve ever tried.
While enjoying my wine, the hostess asked if I’d like a tour of the kitchen…of course, I said YES! It felt very special to see the “behind the scenes” of the establishment and meet some of the crew. Everyone was extremely friendly and happy to greet me while they worked. It was a cool opportunity and very special offer that I’ll never forget!
Arriving back at my table, I decided to do the 7-course tasting menu with the optional caviar and wagyu beef supplements. The butter that came with the bread was uniquely presented (as seen in the image) and I was definitely partial to the orange “spicy” butter. The standout dish was definitely the A5 Wagyu (delica pumpkin, black truffle from Perigord, shiso) and I don’t recall having a least favorite dish.
The evening ended with a well-portioned petit fours and even a little treat to go (red box).
I had such a lovely time dining here and was surprisingly stuffed by the end of the meal! I highly recommend Helene Darroze at The Connaught as a unique, top-tier fine dining experience in London for special occasions.

Service was impeccable. The waiters and sommelier are very knowledgeable and helpful, taking their time to explain everything and catering our needs.
The aquerello rice was the best part of the 7 course menu. The Green asaparagus and onion soup were as well very tasty.
I was a bit disappointed with the A5 wagyu beef which I felt despite the sauce it was served with was a bit dry and could be better.
All in all a very good but expensive experience and would recommend it if you like Michelin star restaurants.
