Location was good as I had arranged a date with my fiance and I and both of use walked literally across the road from Temple underground station. The boat restaurant was nice inside I went about 12:30pm on a Wednesday. It was just myself and fiance. When we got in we were were welcomed in by a waitress and then asked if we made a reservation but we had not but that was not a problem and was able to pick any table because there was nobody in there.
We were provided with still water however it was just a bottle filled up from their filtered tap. The food was good starter, main and dessert (shared) and did fill both of us up.The boat rocks while you eat which my fiance and I found it quite nice but some people may find it uncomfortable especially if you are sea sick prone. The view of the river thames was really nice.
The restaurant was expensive as it cost for my fiance and I £65 without service charge they also add the service charge on which is not mandatory. The only downside was it was quite hot on the day and was not air conditioned as well so was a bit uncomfortable. We were done within 1 hour and it was a fairly good experience. The waitress provided good service.
So overall good service, nice location, good views and good view could be improved but nothing to complain about apart from the air conditioning system.

Been here twice now and both times were super yummy!! Both times we have used a voucher for lunch and had a fantastic meal and atmosphere both occasions. Great variety of food and portions are generous. The pork was juicy and well cooked and the burgers were cooked to order. The fish dishes were lovely and even the risotto was top notch. The lunch came with Pimm's and was again very nice. Would definitely recommend this place and to be honest can't wait to come back.
Delicious food, I'm vegetarian and gluten free and my meal seemed as good and varied as the regular menu. Really nice cocktails too. Staff were very friendly.
This was just £25 per person! (4 people were given this) Service was excellent and our waitress was so helpful! Would recommend the ginger and lemon tea as it was outstanding and every piece of the afternoon tea was delicious. Hope to come back again soon

Lovely afternoon tea bobbing on the water. Food was really nice, you had several options, normal afternoon tea or you could add a cocktail or a glass of champagne.
The staff were really friendly. Would definitely go again.
Came here for lunch and enjoyed the food with the view of the Thames being the real selling point. There was some rocking due to passing boats which could make you feel queasy if you're prone to sea sickness. Overall a good place for a date if you don't mind a rocking boat.
Great service depending on who serves you. Our final waitress was a star. Starter and main course was also fantastic.
Great experience. Staff were excellent and super friendly. Afternoon tea - sandwiches and cakes were ok. The scones were really hard and tasted like biscuits.

The food was delicious. I had vodka smoked salmon with beetroot jus to start which was beautifully presented and tasted great. My husband had rabbit roulade which he thoroughly enjoyed. We both opted for duck breast which was cooked leaving it with a slight pink tinge meaning it was both tasty and tender. A good selection of desserts too. The wine menu whilst not huge had some lovely choices. We selected a light Pinot Noir which was inexpensive and went well with the duck. The restaurant had lovely views across the Thames which added to the ambience. The staff were very friendly and efficient which added to our lovely evening. Thoroughly recommend it.

The food is good, and on a sunny evening it must be lovely to watch the sun set. We went on a rainy grey evening so the atmosphere was lacking. I wish the staff had been less intrusive - I never understand what is being achieved when you're in the middle of a conversation, happily eating and drinking, and a waitress or two comes up to ask if everything is ok. With every course. If that's company policy, please change it. The staff are very good without that.
Amazing food and good location! The staff has been great and very attentive. The highlight was the food of our 3-course menu. Everything was very well presented on our plates and tasted amazingly. The only thing to consider is if you have issues with seasickness - when the Thames is choppy, you can feel being on a boat.
The staff were extremely pleasant, went out of there way to sit us down earlier than we should, moved us by the window when I asked. Food very enjoyable had afternoon tea, anniversary treat from my husband. Loved the whole experience. Would definitely come back when next in London.

We went here for our wedding anniversary, and despite my terrible mistake in booking the wrong date (ouch!), the staff was really helpful to solve our problem. This place is a wonderful spot for any kind of event, and its charm is a plus for a good kitchen and a really nice staff.
We will definitely come back and I would suggest this place to anyone, especially if you want to impress someone special.
Again I want to extend my compliment to the staff, especially the young lady who was our waiter, really nice, kind and professional despite the young age. Very well done guys.
